Ganodermataceae is one of the most important families of macrofungi, and species in the family have important values in both ecology and economy. Ganodermataceae is a large and complicated family, although many studies were focused on Ganodermataceae previously, the species diversity, geographic distribution, species classification, taxonomy, phylogeny and evolution of Ganodermataceae are still uncertain, and further studies are badly needed. The current project will focus on the species diversity, taxonomy, phylogeny and evolution of Ganodermataceae in the world. Investigations of Ganodermataceae from typical areas of different continents in China will be carried out, species will be identified based on morphological and molecular characters, phylogeny will be carried out based on multi-gene sequences analyses, the origin and evolution of Ganodermataceae will be outlined according to comparative phylogenetic analysis, along with morphological characters and ecological habits. The results of this study will provide the species diversity and distribution information of Ganodermataceae in China, the reliable morphological characters and DNA barcodes for taxonomy will be found, the taxonomical problems of the family will be resolved. The phylogeny and evolution of Ganodermataceae will be concentrated, the relationships of fungal gnera and species within in the family, and among Ganodermataceae and its related families will be outlined. The results of this study will improve the knowledge of Ganodermataceae in China, establish a more natural and reasonable classification system of Ganodernataceae.
灵芝科是大型真菌的一个重要类群,具有重要的生态意义和经济价值。尽管过去已开展过很多有关灵芝科分类与系统发育方面的研究,但灵芝科在我国的物种多样性与地理分布、属种界定与分类体系、系统发育关系、起源演化等研究方面还存在很多问题。本项目拟开展中国灵芝科的物种多样性、分类与系统发育及起源演化研究,通过深入的调查分析明确我国灵芝科真菌的物种多样性,采用形态学和DNA序列分析相结合的方法进行分类研究,基于多基因序列分析进行系统发育研究,利用系统发育比较分析方法,结合形态特征和生态习性,系统研究灵芝科的起源进化规律。通过本研究明确中国灵芝科的物种多样性与地理分布,解决灵芝科分类体系中存在的问题,确立可靠的形态分类特征与适合的DNA条形码片段,分析该科的系统发育关系与起源演化规律,建立灵芝科更加科学和自然合理的分类系统,同时收集保藏灵芝科的标本、菌种和基因资源,为灵芝科真菌资源的保护和利用提供科学依据。
灵芝科是大型真菌的一个重要类群,具有重要的生态意义和经济价值。尽管过去已开展过很多有关灵芝科分类与系统发育方面的研究,但灵芝科在我国的物种多样性与地理分布、属种界定与分类体系、系统发育关系、起源演化等研究方面还存在很多问题。本项目开展了中国灵芝科的物种多样性与系统学研究,通过深入的野外调查采集并借阅了其它标本馆中保藏的灵芝科真菌标本,采用形态学和DNA序列分析相结合的方法进行了分类研究,基于多基因序列分析对灵芝科进行了系统发育研究。通过本研究明确了中国灵芝科的物种多样性与地理分布,发现了灵芝科真菌新属2个、新物种32个、解决了灵芝科分类体系中存在的问题,确立了可靠的形态分类特征与适合的DNA条形码片段,分析了该科的系统演化关系,建立了灵芝科更加科学和自然合理的分类系统,发表论文17篇;同时建立了中国灵芝科真菌的资源信息库,收集保藏了灵芝科的标本1400余号、菌种156株和基因序列4800余条,为灵芝科真菌资源的保护和利用提供了科学依据。
