hSSTR2报告基因监测CD基因表达并协同其杀伤作用的研究

用IRES序列连接hSSTR2报告基因与CD自杀基因，构建双顺反子表达载体。利用受体配基结合的特异性，以（99m）Tc-SSA为报告探针通过检测hSSTR2的表达可同步监测CD基因的表达；并研究hSSTR2介导（188）Re-SSA的抑瘤作用与CD基因杀伤肿瘤的协同效应。发挥靶向性放疗和自杀基因治疗肿瘤的双重疗效。本研究既是转基因显像方法学上的创新与深化，又丰富了肿瘤基因治疗的内函。
