高管团队注意力焦点、技术创业行为与公司创业绩效的作用机理研究

Corporate technological entrepreneurship is the cornerstone of building a modern industrial system and of realizing sustainable economic development. Why firms often construct different interpretations of the same external environment and implement different technological entrepreneurship activities? How firms effectively motivate technological entrepreneurship activities? These are two central questions underexplored in the field of entrepreneurial management research. Previous studies pay more attention to environmental, policy and organizational determinants of corporate technological entrepreneurship activities, ignoring the crucial role of top management team (TMT) attention. In fact, the attention-based view of the firm argues that TMT attention directly affects firms’ strategy and behavior. Adopting multiple research methods comprehensively, this project systematically and deeply explores the influencing mechanism in the relationship among TMT attention focus, technological entrepreneurship activities and corporate entrepreneurship performance. First, this project explores the effect of TMT heterogeneity, firm status, firm aspiration performance, environmental munificence and dynamics on TMT attention focus. Second, this project explores the effect of TMT attention focus, organizational slack, social relations and institutional investor ownership on exploration-orientation technological entrepreneurship activity and exploitation-orientation technological entrepreneurship activity. Finally, this project explores the effect of the two types of technology entrepreneurship activity and intellectual property right enforcement on corporate entrepreneurial performance. The project will contribute to developing an attention-based view of corporate entrepreneurship, and providing practical guidance for TMT attention management and corporate technological entrepreneurship.

公司技术创业是构建现代产业体系和实现经济可持续发展的基石。为什么公司对相同的外部环境做出不同的解释并实施不同的技术创业行为？如何有效激发公司技术创业行为？这是创业管理研究尚未揭示的核心问题。以往研究过多关注环境政策和组织因素对公司技术创业行为的影响，忽视了高管团队注意力的关键作用。事实上，最新前沿理论的注意力基础观认为：高管团队的注意力直接影响公司的战略和行为。本项目深入系统研究高管团队注意力焦点、技术创业行为和公司创业绩效的作用机理。首先，揭示高管团队异质性、公司地位及期望绩效、环境包容性和动态性对高管团队注意力焦点的影响。进而，研究高管团队注意力焦点、组织冗余、社会关系和机构投资者所有权对探索型技术创业行为和开发型技术创业行为的影响。最后，揭示技术创业行为和知识产权执法强度对创业绩效的影响。本项目将在理论上发展公司创业的注意力基础观，并为高管团队的注意力管理和公司技术创业提供实践指导。

公司技术创业对新产业的创造和发展以及经济社会财富的创造和积累发挥着日益关键的作用。然而，创业管理研究尚未深入系统地揭示两个关于公司技术创业的核心问题：为什么公司对相同的外部环境做出不同的解释并实施不同的技术创业行为？如何有效激发公司技术创业行为？.本项目根据注意力基础观，运用理论与实证研究方法，分析了高管团队异质性、公司地位及期望绩效、环境包容性和动态性对高管团队注意力焦点的影响。进而，探索了高管团队注意力焦点、组织冗余、社会关系和机构投资者所有权对探索型技术创业行为和开发型技术创业行为的影响。同时，分析了企业技术创业行为对创业绩效的影响。.本项目发现，高管团队的异质性，特别是高管团队的权力断裂带影响他们的注意力焦点（过去焦点、现在焦点和未来焦点）。高管团队和CEO的注意力焦点（过去焦点、现在焦点、未来焦点、内部焦点和外部焦点）不同程度地影响企业的探索型创新/探索型并购和利用型创新/利用型并购。企业的国家所有权、非国有法人所有权、机构投资者持股比例、终极股东的现金流权、已吸收冗余资源、未吸收冗余资源和CEO权力不同程度地调节上述关系。.本项目在理论上发展了公司创业的注意力基础观和高阶理论。同时，本项目丰富和拓展了技术创业、公司创业、冗余资源和公司治理的研究。而且，本项目为高管团队的注意力管理和公司技术创业提供了实践指导。
