可持续供应链金融的模型与应用研究

In the post finance crisis era, the firms are concerned with cash management and sustainability management more and more, since both of them have the great impacts on the competiveness of business’ operations. However, both sustainability development and cash management are decoupled in the practice of business. Following a few interesting real cases relative to both cash management and sustainability, we raise this research proposal, the theory and application of sustainable supply chain finance, in which the supply chain finance can be employed as a tool or an approach to develop the corporate’s or supply chain’s sustainability. ..We should conduct the study of this current proposal on three-folds. First, we should analyze the model of sustainable supply chain finance based on the incentive of finance service, in which we execute the equilibrium analysis with the different supply chain financing model, and investigate how the supply chain finance models have the impact on sustainability development of supply chain; Second, we study the model of sustainable supply chain finance based on the incentive of payment scheme, and exam how the combination of both payment scheme and financing service has the impact on corporate or supply chain’s sustainability; Last, we study the model of sustainable supply chain finance based on the incentive of distribution channel selection, and inspect the interaction between sustainable supply chain finance and supply chain governance under different supply chain structures. ..This proposal belongs to the interface research between operations and finance management, and should make contributions to the literature of supply chain finance, operations management, supply chain management, sustainability development, etc.. Furthermore, it should offer some important management insights to the practice of business, and even provide some new ideas, methods, tools, or solutions to the business practice of supply chain finance and sustainability development.

自后金融危机以来，资金管理和可持续发展成为运营管理的两个重要竞争焦点。然而，资金管理与可持续发展在企业运营管理实践中常常是分离的。本项目结合具体实践提出了可持续供应链金融模型与应用研究课题，目的是探索企业如何应用供应链金融理论、方法和技术来激励供应链可持续发展的建设，增强供应链竞争力。项目拟从三个层次进行研究：首先，从融资服务激励层面探索可持续发展建设中供应链金融服务模型的均衡与应用机制；其次，从支付管理激励层面分析支付方案和供应链融资方案组合对供应链可持续建设的影响机制；最后，从渠道选择激励层面研究可持续供应链金融模型与供应链治理的相互作用机制。本项目是运营和财务管理交叉研究课题，不仅丰富供应链金融、运营管理、可持续管理等领域研究内容，具有重要理论意义；而且把供应链金融和可持续发展紧密联系进行业务创新，拓展供应链金融价值和范围，为企业可持续发展管理提供了新的思路和工具，具有重要实际意义。

课题取得70项研究成果。其中论著22项，包括SCI/SSCI检索论文16篇（含UTD2篇，ESI高被引1篇）和国内论文6篇（含5篇CSSCI）；教学案例8篇；专著2部；人才培养2名博士后、2名博士研究生、3名在读博士和29名供应链金融硕士研究生；课题负责人入选 “复旦大学卓识杰出人才计划（2019）”，“复旦大学管理学院杰出教授贡献奖（2020）”。.研究成果主要围绕以下方面：第一，基于融资服务激励的可持续供应链金融模型与应用。研究厘清可持续供应链金融的内涵，沿着发展框架探索模型，结合案例可持续供应链金融的挖掘理论和应用价值。这部分是研究基础，含6篇SCI/SSCI检索论文和2篇国内论文（含1篇CSSCI）：EJOR（2022），RAIRO（2021），JCP（2018），PPC（2023），Supply Chain Management: An International Journal（2022），IJLRA（2019），《供应链管理》（2020）和《管理科学学报》（2020）各1篇。第二，基于支付管理激励的可持续供应链金融模型与应用。支付管理是提升企业现金管理的重要手段，主要研究下游和上游企业支付管理激励及数字科技驱动下的激励。这部分是研究核心，发表了6篇SCI/SSCI检索论文：MSOM（2019），POM（2020），EJOR（2023），IJPE（2019），IJPR（2019），ECRA (2019)各1篇。第三，基于渠道管理激励的可持续供应链金融模型与应用。研究供应链企业的销售和信用渠道选择及可持续发展政策对渠道选择的影响。这部分是研究落脚点，计4篇SCI/SSCI检索论文和3篇CSSCI检索论文：Omega（2023），JORS（2021），APJOR（2021），OMR（2019），《管理科学学报》（2023），《复旦学报》（社会科学版）（2023），《社会科学辑刊》（2022）各1篇及2篇博士学位论文。第四，可持续供应链金融的实践与应用。结合理论模型和教学案例深入探索可持续供应链金融的实践，讨论可持续供应链金融的最新进展，并从实际案例中凝练管理启示。这部分是实践应用，CSSCI检索期刊《社会科学辑刊》1篇（2023），出版专著2部，完成8篇教学案例，1篇由Ivey出版（2019），7篇来自复旦大学管理学院案例库（2020-2023）。
