In the field of small business study, the traditional research method is to do comparative analysis between large and small business. This project focuses on the internal comparision among the different groups of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), explores the reasonable factors about the SMEs' start-up and development process, and finds out that SME is not the little large enterprise. The team member pay attention to combine the large sample survey with case analysis, and bring up the inflexion analysis method for studing on the SMEs growth. Based on the analysis for internal and external environment about entrepreneurial start-up, this project divided the start-ups into two categories, necessity-push and opportunity-pull start-ups, and builds the framework to encourage and assistant the social marginality to start-up. This project summarises the strategic growth models of entrepreneurial SMEs, explains the concept of corporate entrepreneuriship, finds out the key affecting factors of SMEs' growth, enriches the theory of enterprise growth. The research results are acquired attentions from government and research scholars, and have been used into the teaching practices.
企业家型企业是中小企业群体中最活跃、最富成长性的一部分。本项目以可识别性较强的企业活动为分析基点,提出识别企业家型中小企业的理论依据和方法;通过比较研究、案例分析等方法,实证研究企业家型中小企业成长的决定因素和内在机制;借鉴、提出并验证基本的理论假设。这对促进我国中小企业研究和提高中小企业资源服务质量具有重要意义。
