In modern information century, intelligent information processing is more and more important for computer science and technology. Data Mining is one of hot research areas of intelligent information process. In this project, the comparison between rough set and fuzzy set are deeply investigated. Fusion of rough set and fuzzy set can be well done by weakening equivalence relation to fuzzy similar relation. Fuzzy rough model for real-life data processing is proposed. A fast data mining algorithm based on fuzzy rough set and heuristic technique in AI is given. Based on our theoretic results, a piece of software of data mining is developed. The software is a strong tool for real-life data mining.
数据挖掘是当前智能信息处理研究的热点,而大规模真实数据库的数据挖掘是其难点。本课题将对粗糙集与模糊集做系统的比较分析,通过两者融合建立更符合实际的模糊粗糙集模型;引入模糊粗糙关系数据库,建立用于该数据库查询的模糊粗糙关系代数;采用人工智能的启发式与并行技术构造对大规模真实数据库高效的数据挖掘算法,开发相应的应用软件。
