国家自然科学基金加大支持经济学科研究的依据及建议

This project aims to analyze the necessity of the NSFC enlarge the fundation for the economics research and give a feasible plan. In our paper, we emphasize the characteristics of the economics related to the nature science and point out that the relationship between the economics and other types of the natural science is that economics can provide other disciplines a tool to evaluate their related social effect based on the fact that the economics related interdisciplinary research can provide some more powerful solutions for a series of major challenges faced by mankind such as enviroment protection and sustainable develoment,health and medical care. In this project, we also use quantative method to analyze some features on NSFC and some worldwide wellknown funds such as NSF, ARC funding for the economics research. Finally we give a practical plan to NSFC to emphasize the fundation on the economics research.

本项目旨在探讨国家自然科学基金（NSFC）加大对经济学研究资助力度的意义及可行性方案。本项目重点分析了经济学的自然科学属性，并通过总结经济学和其他自然学科相互结合开展跨学科研究为解决当前人类社会面临的一系列重大问题提供的更为可行的解决方案的实践，论证了经济学和其他自然学科之间的关系主要体现在经济学为其他自然科学改造世界的活动提供了分析其社会效应的有效工具的观点。本项目还量化分析了自科基金和国外主要科研发达国家科研基金对经济学资助的一些重要趋势，并就自科基金加大对经济学资助力度的可行性方案提出建议。

本项目旨在探讨国家自然科学基金（NSFC）加大对经济科学研究资助力度的必要性及可行性方案。结合经济科学的特性、及其与其它学科的关系、以及国内外实践，我们建议国家自科基金进一步加大对经济科学研究的支持，并提出了具体实施方案。经过与国家自科基金相关部门的多次研讨，该项目的研究成果取得了现实的社会效益。
