Nowadays the new orders are established in accordance with the new rules in organization environment, which requires the organization change itself and its own behavior following with the new rules, thus the new order and its formation mechanism of the organization environment is identified effectively, which is the primary task of the organization strategic change. For the new order, this project mainly research the mechanism of multi-order parameters of the new order, and in order to reveal the order-disorder laws of the stategic change process, and then rises out the effective regulatory mechanism. Specific content includes: (1) the conten analysis, system dynamics approach are used to proposing out the multi-order parameters in strategic change process; bulding the order-mechanism model of organizational strategic change process under the effect of multi-order parameters; (2) according to the characteristics of the strategic change process, applying the goal planning and other methods, carrying on the research and propose mathematical model of multi-order parameter identifiction, and model of the order-disorder for strategic change process; (3) based on the results of the the order-disorder, conducting systme modeling and simulation and other methods, studing and offering regulation mechanism of the strategic change process. The project not only provide solid theory as a tool to identify the key parmeter of the strategic change process, but also can help the organizaiton to discovery the order-disorder for strategic change process, at the same time, this always provides a new tool and methods for the regulating and controlling practice of the strategic change process, and promotes the efficiency, effect, and the success rate of the strategic change process.
外部环境正在按照新的规则建立起新的秩序,这要求组织必须按照新秩序变革自身及行为,因而有效识别出环境中新秩序及作用机制,是探索战略变革过程有序性的重要基础。本项目研究主导新秩序的多序参量与协同作用关系,目的在于揭示战略变革过程有序行为机理及关键影响因素,进而提出有效的调控机制。具体包括:(1)采用内容分析、系统动力学等方法,梳理出组织环境中多序参量及作用关系,构建多序参量协同作用下战略变革过程的有序行为模式;(2)针对战略变革过程不同层次的特点,运用目标规划等方法,给出多序参量识别方法和有序性识别方法;(3)基于有序性识别的结果,采用系统仿真等方法,研究提出战略变革过程的调控机制。本项目能够帮助厘清影响战略变革过程的关键因素及作用机制,为探索战略变革过程的有序性提供了理论基础,同时提出的相关识别方法为调节与控制战略变革过程提供了技术性工具,从而有效的提升战略变革过程的效率、效果与成功率。
为适应外部环境,组织须按照新规则适应新秩序。这要求组织在战略变革时首先识别出环境中新秩序及形成机制,进而调整战略、结构、资源等要素。本项目研究主导新秩序的多序参量与协同作用关系,目的在于揭示战略变革过程有序行为机理及关键影响因素,进而提出有效的调控机制。具体包括:(1)采用内容分析、系统动力学等方法,梳理出组织环境中多序参量及作用关系,构建多序参量协同作用下战略变革过程的有序行为模式;(2)针对战略变革过程不同层次的特点,运用目标规划等方法,给出多序参量识别方法和有序性识别方法;(3)基于有序性识别的结果,采用系统仿真等方法,研究提出战略变革过程的调控机制。通过研究取得了主要研究成果:首先应用案例研究法和系统动力学方法,在梳理出战略变革过程中涉及到的要素后,构建了多序参量协同作用下战略过程的有序过程模型;其次,依据战略变革过程的特征与要求,研究提出了面向层次结构、面向效率的多序参量识别方法;最后依据识结果,提出了战略变革过程有序性的调控机制。本项目研究成果能够帮助厘清影响战略变革过程的关键因素及作用机制,为探索战略变革过程的有序性提供了理论基础,同时提出的相关识别方法为调节与控制战略变革过程提供了技术性工具,从而有效的提升战略变革过程的效率、效果与成功率。
