转录因子RARβ和MZF-1在肺癌细胞中的表达和调控研究

转录因子MZF-1转染细胞虽然其体外生长和软琼脂集落菜成能力下降，但其形态、裸鼠体内成瘤性和转移能力未见著明改变.说明其对实体瘤的促分化作用不如对淋巴造血系统肿瘤的促分化作用那样明显。经RARβ基因转染的高转移人肺癌细胞其生长速度受到抑制、体外浸袭能力和软琼脂集落形成能力下降，裸鼠体内成瘤性消失，说明RARβ不仅作为受体可介导RA的生物活性，而且可能作为肿瘤抑制基因而发挥作用。该研究为拓宽肿瘤诱导分化治疗途径提供了坚实的实验依据。
