不确定环境下企业间知识整合与创新对企业转型升级影响研究

In the new business environment in China, characterized by increasing uncertainty and complexity caused by institutional transition, culture, technological and market change, corporate turnaround is increasingly considered as a solution to the problems caused by old development model, especially when the recession caused by the financial crisis of 2008 arrives. The issue of turnaround management has therefore been prompted. Over the last few years, there has been an upsurge in interest among scholars on the importance of corporate turnaround and its role in firms. According to prior research, external knowledge is recognized as a key determinant of corporate turnaround. The ability to integrate knowledge from partners-identifying and leveraging knowledge outside a firm's boundaries to help it innovate is one of the most strategic capabilities which firm possesses, and a principal source of sustainable growth. In this study, the primary research goals are directed toward understanding the process through which knowledge is successfully integrated from partners, aiming at facilitating innovation and carrying out turnaround. Our interest here, therefore, is in addressing the following questions: how does external knowledge integration influence innovation? How does innovation affect corporate turnaround? What is the role of environmental uncertainty in knowledge integration, innovation, and corporate turnaround? In order to address these issues, we propose and test a basic model that captures the relationship between external knowledge integration, innovation, environmental uncertainty, and corporate turnaround. Statistical analysis of questionnaire responses from Chinese firms, case study, and grounded theory will be performed to test the model. This study contributes to this line of research by exploring the relationship between knowledge integration, innovation, environmental uncertainty and corporate turnaround, and also the mechanisms underlying these phenomena.

对于处在经济转型背景和新兴市场环境下的中国企业来说，面临着复杂不确定的经营环境，随着资源和经济环境等发生变化，我国企业一直以来所依赖的过度使用能源、破坏自然环境、依赖廉价的劳动力供给的粗放式发展模式将不可能持续。在这样的背景下，推动企业转型升级就成为目前我国企业所面临的一个重大而现实的问题。理论研究和实践都表明，外部知识是企业转型升级的关键。因此，研究不确定环境下如何通过不同知识整合机制整合获取合作伙伴的知识，以推动创新和企业转型升级具有重要的理论与现实意义。本研究正是在这一背景下展开，试图回答以下问题：如何通过知识资源的整合促进创新？如何通过创新推动企业转型升级？环境不确定性对知识整合、创新与企业转型升级有何影响？针对这些问题，综合运用扎根理论、问卷调研和案例分析等方法，对企业转型升级的相关问题进行研究和验证，为提升我国企业的创新水平和市场竞争力，实现企业持续健康发展提供有益的借鉴。

经济发展新常态下，我国经济增长的动力悄然转换，政府投资让位于民间投资，出口让位于国内消费，创新驱动成为决定中国经济增长方式转变成败的关键，在当前复杂不确定的经营环境下，通过整合获取合作伙伴的知识推动创新和企业转型升级成为实践创新驱动发展战略的重要途径。然而现有的相关研究并不充分，认识也不够深刻，尤其是未对如何通过知识资源的整合促进创新？如何通过创新推动企业转型升级？环境不确定性对知识整合、创新与企业转型升级有何影响等问题做出正面回答，从而导致企业在进行知识整合时常常遇到困境，在管理与创新实践中出现了高失败率的现象。本研究正是在这一背景下展开，紧密结合新常态下的创新发展实践，综合运用案例研究、访谈调研和回归分析等方法，对企业间知识整合、创新与企业转型升级问题进行研究和验证，为提升我国企业的创新水平和市场竞争力，实现企业持续健康发展提供了有益的借鉴。
