Adramini (Diptera: Tephritidae) includes the subtribe of Adramina and Pelmatopina, it has 18 known genera and 125 known species in the Oriental Realm which takes up about 70% ratio in the world. However, until now the comprehensive survey of this tribe haven't been conducted thoroughly in south of China and its adjacent countries, even in some South-east Asia countries. This project will carry out expeditions which mainly focus on Adramini in these areas; and the systematic of several genera in this tribe will be studied completely. New taxa, new recorded species and new distribution will be found and reported. Except that, the phylogeny of several important genera will be studied based on morphology and molecular data. The research results could not only provide new knowledge for future taxonomic study on Diptera and Tephritoidea worldwide, but also could beneficial to the study of phylogeny and zoogeography of Tephritidae on high-taxa level. It will possibly accumulate convinced evidences on the origin of long eye stalk that held by Pelmatopina from morphology, morphology-functions and historical biogeography view. Two to Three papers will be published upon the project's carrying on and accomplishment.
狭腹实蝇族昆虫隶属于双翅目实蝇科,分为狭腹实蝇亚族和突眼实蝇亚族两类群。其在东洋区已知18属125种,占世界已知属种的70%左右;但在东洋区北域(主要包括我国南方诸省和周边几国)及部分东南亚国家,本族昆虫的区系调查研究仍十分缺乏,分类学基础依然薄弱。本项目主要针对上述地区开展野外考察,并进行系统分类研究,发现和记述新分类单元,记载新记录种及新地理分布;依据形态和分子证据,重建部分属种系统发育关系,揭示特定地质历史背景下重要属种系统演化特点。其结果可为世界双翅目分类和实蝇总科区系研究积累科学资料,也可为探讨实蝇科高级阶元系统发育和地理分布格局,以及突眼实蝇亚族眼柄的起源演化提供科学证据。预期发表学术论文2-3篇。
本项目对东洋区狭腹实蝇族昆虫开展了系统分类研究,主要研究进展和结果如下:.(1) 较全面调查了东洋区狭腹实蝇族昆虫的种类和地理分布,使其种属数量和分布范围有较大程度提高和扩大,计分别增加20%和30%左右。.(2) 对狭腹实蝇族中的Ichneumonosoma Meijere, Pelmatops Enderlein, Pseudopelmatops Shiraki,Soita Walker,Xaniosternum Enderlein,Celidodacus Hendel和Meracanthomyia Hendel 7属昆虫进行了较全面的分类学厘定,修订了有关属、种地位,澄清较多分类疑难问题,共确认33个种,新发现6个新种,1个新组合种,8个国家新记录种和12个省新记录种。 .(3) 编制了世界狭腹实蝇族分亚族、属和种检索表10余个,并在此基础上初步分析了东洋区狭腹实蝇族昆虫区系成分和特点,建立了属、种资料数据库。.(4) 基于外部形态特征及28S和COI部分基因序列,对东洋区狭腹实蝇族属级及部分属的种级系统发育关系进行了初步探讨。.(5) 对其中突眼实蝇亚族昆虫的生物学、寄主植物种类和范围进行了研究,初步确定主要分布于我国的Rubus peltatus Maxim. (Rosaceae)极可能为突眼实蝇亚族昆虫的寄主植物。.(6) 完成和发表学术论文2篇。
