具有优先联盟的博弈均衡与分配问题研究

Stability and the formation of coalition will be influenced by behavioral factors, forms of cooperation and the expected revenue. Based on these backgrounds, the project studies the Equilibrium and payoff allocation for games with competition and cooperation among priori unions respectively. First of all, by considering the situation of the competition among priori unions, according to the behavioral factors and the fuzzy expected revenue, the competition game models based on behavioral factors and fuzzy payment are constructed respectively. The optimal decisions of the corresponding game are proposed. The effect of behavioral factors and fuzzy factors of market on optimal decision-making are studied. Secondly, by considering the situation of the cooperation and competition among priori unions, according to the behavioral characteristics of decision makers, cooperation patterns, and fuzzy expected revenue, cooperative game model based on the coalition behavioral factors and fuzzy payment are constructed redpectively. The solution concepts are proposed. The properties and characteristics axiomatic of solutions are studied. Finally, the measure indexes of interaction among players are proposed, the relationship between interaction among players and the payoff allocation is revealed. The results provide a theoretical basis for the final coalition formation, the coalition sustainability and the final coalition gain achievement, which is helpful for decision makers to make more scientific and reasonable decision on how to choose the cooperative coalition.

局中人的行为因素、结盟方式和预期收益的不确定会影响到联盟的形成及其稳定性，在此背景下，本项目拟研究优先联盟作竞争下的均衡与合作下的分配问题。具体包括：（1）对于优先联盟竞争的情形，根据行为因素和模糊预期收益，分别构建基于行为因素的竞争博弈模型和基于模糊支付的竞争博弈模型，提出相应博弈的最优决策，分析行为因素和市场的不确定因素对最优决策的影响；（2）对于优先联盟合作与竞争的情形，根据决策者的行为特征、合作模式和模糊预期收益，分别构建基于行为因素的合作博弈模型和基于模糊支付的合作博弈模型，提出相应博弈的分配方案，研究各种方案的性质及公理化特征；（3）基于前面的研究成果，提出测度局中人间交互作用的指标，揭示局中人的交互作用对分配方案的影响。项目的研究成果为联盟的最终达成、联盟的可持续性和联盟利益的最终实现提供理论依据，有助于决策者对于如何选择合作联盟问题做出更加科学合理的决策。

成功的合作或结盟必须以灵活和公平的机制设计为基础，结盟后的最优收益及如何分配收益是企业结盟最为关注的问题。由于联盟间竞争的收益分配问题既涉及到联盟间的竞争，同时也涉及到企业间的合作，因此，在合作博弈与非合作博弈混合框架下，研究优先联盟的竞争均衡策略及合作模式下的支付分配问题具有重要的现实价值。.四年来，根据项目计划书的研究计划安排，按照研究计划要点进行本项目的研究工作，应用非合作博弈和合作博弈方法，研究优先联盟的竞争均衡策略和合作支付分配问题。项目成果主要集中在以下方面：在考虑局中人风险偏好、公平关切和环保意识等因素下，开展了具有不同竞争行为的企业最优竞争策略研究。考虑了联盟合作支付分配问题，主要从边际贡献的概念出发，用势函数对Owen值进行刻画，为Owen值的计算提供了一种新的方法，同时，提出了一种基于带有模糊特征函数的图博弈的H平均树解，证明H-平均树解是一种模糊分配。设定不同的竞争行为，模拟局中人之间的交互影响。利用演化博弈分析了局中人的交互影响及其行为演化过程。.在本项目的支持下，项目组成员在国内、国际学术刊物上共发表17篇论文，被SCI/SSCI检索15篇。研究成果可应用于分析和解决社会经济生活中的一些实际问题，如供应链上企业间的收益分配（成本分摊）、环境污染治理成本分摊等问题。
