文化创意产业集群知识网络双重嵌入、动态能力对双元性创新影响机制的实证研究

Scholars have paid attention to topic related to knowledge network dual embeddedness, dynamic capabilities and ambidextrous innovation recently. But there is no consistent conclusion about: (1) how knowledge network dual embeddedness influences firm’s ambidextrous innovation in cluster? What is the influencing mechanism? (2) what is the mediating role between the relationship of knowledge network dual embeddedness and firm’s ambidextrous innovation? Can it be dynamic capabilities? If possible, how dynamic capabilities influence the relationship of knowledge network dual embeddedness and firm’s ambidextrous innovation? This research will conduct empirical study on the relationship of knowledge network dual embeddedness, dynamic capabilities and ambidextrous innovation including the influencing mechanism, path and mode in the context of cultural and creative industrial cluster. The research controls some variables such as size, age, ownership, strategy type, and environmental dynamics, then explores how top management team constructs knowledge network by connecting knowledge service institutes and stakeholders in value chain, and analyzes how it influence knowledge network dual embeddedness and dynamic capabilities and help firm get ambidextrous innovation. This research will give suggestion on mechanism design of top management team and firm’s ambidextrous innovation, especially the effect of knowledge embeddedness, spillover and diffusion and dynamic capabilities. Meanwhile, the research will also give suggestion on sustainable development of cultural and creative industrial cluster in China.

知识网络双重嵌入、动态能力和双元性创新的相关主题近期备受学者的关注，但（1）知识网络双重嵌入对集群企业双元性创新的影响过程是什么？作用机制又是什么？（2）动态能力是否及如何作用知识网络双重嵌入对集群企业双元性创新的影响机制？等问题仍未取得学术界的共识。本研究以文化创意产业集群为研究情境，控制企业规模、年龄、所有制性质、企业战略类型、环境动态性等特征变量，运用理论、案例和大样本问卷的研究方法，实证考察知识网络双重嵌入、动态能力和双元性创新间的作用机理、影响路径和关系模式等问题，探索高管团队通过和知识型中介服务机构、上下游利益相关者进行互动嵌入知识网络获得动态能力进而促进集群构建双元性创新的过程机制。通过对以上问题的研究将会对文化创意企业通过高管团队实施知识网络双重嵌入、溢出和扩散以构建双元性创新的机制设计等问题提供参考和借鉴，同时为我国文化创意产业集群的持续发展提出政策建议。

知识网络双重嵌入、动态能力和双元性创新的相关主题近期备受学者的关注，但（1）知识网络双重嵌入对集群企业双元性创新的影响过程是什么？作用机制又是什么？（2）动态能力是否及如何作用知识网络双重嵌入对集群企业双元性创新的影响机制？等问题仍未取得学术界的共识。本研究以文化创意产业集群为研究情境，控制企业规模、年龄、所有制性质、企业战略类型、环境动态性等特征变量，运用理论、案例和大样本问卷的研究方法，实证考察知识网络双重嵌入、动态能力和双元性创新间的作用机理、影响路径和关系模式等问题，探索高管团队通过和知识型中介服务机构、上下游利益相关者进行互动嵌入知识网络获得动态能力进而促进集群构建双元性创新的过程机制。.研究发现：第一，文化创意企业动态能力由机会识别能力、整合重构能力、组织柔性能力、技术柔性能力等四个要素构成。第二，嵌入在政治层关联和企业层关联的高管团队关系网络通过动态能力的中介作用进而影响双元性创新。第三，基于本地政府资助和超本地中央政府资助的不同类型知识网络嵌入对于文化创意企业双元性创新（渐进式与激进式创新）的产生影响的方式和路径不同：基于中央政府资助的超本地知识网络嵌入和渐进式与激进式创新都存在倒U型关系，而基于本地政府资助的本地知识网络嵌入只和渐进式创新存在倒U型关系。第四，中国经济转型期基于政治策略和市场策略的双元战略对企业成长价值的影响机制不同：企业实施政治策略，对于企业成长价值具有积极的提升作用；企业市场策略的实施提升了企业成长价值；企业政治策略和市场策略具有替代效应，二者背后蕴含着不同的知识基础，企业为了提升成长价值需要根据自身资源禀赋和环境择优进行重点实施。.这些研究结论将对文化创意企业通过高管团队实施知识网络双重嵌入、溢出和扩散以构建双元性创新的机制设计等问题提供参考和借鉴，同时为我国文化创意产业集群的持续发展提出政策建议。
