国际创业企业知识搜寻双元策略及其对机会识别的影响机制研究：基于双重网络嵌入的视角

International business and entrepreneurial opportunity have constituted the two core research subjects in the field of International entrepreneurship research, but most of the research still remains testing the original theory under the new situation, meanwhile the behavior in the international entrepreneurial process needs further study, especially the deep investigation is expected to figure out the role dual network embeddedness and boundary-spanning knowledge search playing from the organization level in the process of international entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Based on the theory of ambidexterity, knowledge search, entrepreneurship and network embeddedness, through the hybrid research design, this research establishes an integrated research framework of "dual network embeddedness - knowledge search ambidexterity - opportunity identification" in terms of unique international entrepreneurial behavior and ambidexterity, and carries out relevant research aiming at the key elements and the influencing mechanism of knowledge search on opportunity identification in the context of dual network embeddedness of international entrepreneurship: defining the connotation and dimension of boundary-spanning knowledge search, equilibrium model and effect on opportunity identification; Analyzing the mechanism of the transformation from dual network embeddedness to entrepreneurial opportunity identification; investigating the synergy evolution path of dual network embedded - knowledge search - opportunity identification. The research aims at revealing the uniqueness and formation rule of boundary-spanning knowledge search, network embeddedness, and opportunity identification. The research results are of great significance to deepen the research of international entrepreneurship theory and guide the practice of international entrepreneurial enterprises.

国际创业研究虽然逐渐形成了以“跨国经营”和“创业机会”为核心的研究主题，但多数研究仍停留在原有理论在新情景下的检验层面，缺乏对国际创业过程独特行为的深入挖掘，尤其是缺乏对国际创业机会识别过程中组织层面的双重网络嵌入和跨国知识搜寻行为所发挥作用的细致研究。本研究基于双元性理论、知识搜寻理论、创业理论和网络理论，采用混合研究设计，从国际创业的独特行为和双元性视角出发提出“双重网络嵌入-知识搜寻双元-机会识别”的整合性研究框架，针对国际创业双重网络嵌入情境下知识搜寻对机会识别的作用机制及关键因素展开研究：界定跨国创业知识搜寻内涵、均衡模式及其对机会识别的影响；剖析双重网络嵌入向创业机会识别转化的作用机制；考察双重网络嵌入-知识搜寻-机会识别协同演化路径。本研究目的在于揭示国际创业知识搜寻、网络嵌入、机会识别行为的独特性及其形成规律，其成果对于深化国际创业研究，指导国际创业企业实践具有重要意义。

国际创业是一个发现、评估和利用跨越国界的机会以创造未来的商品和服务的过程，机会识别研究对于国际创业企业具有极其重要的价值，是关系到创业企业生存和成长的重要问题，但目前学术界国际创业企业如何进行卓有成效的机会识别与开发尚未形成统一的意见。本项目认为国际创业企业的国际化是一个获取和积累知识的过程，即通过海外创业活动不断进行海外知识搜寻并向企业转移的过程。可见，借助企业所嵌入的外部双重关系网络搜寻和获取有价值且与组织知识基础和吸收能力相互契合的知识资源对于国际创业企业的成功具有重要意义。基于此，本项目将研究问题和研究力量集中于双重网络嵌入情境下的知识搜寻模式包含哪些关键维度以及创业企业如何开展机会识别这两方面内容的基础问题。.根据上述研究问题，项目组开展了创业企业案例调查工作，走访了博益汽动、博苑新材料等多家高新技术企业，深度访谈了临沂金锣、潍坊景芝等企业，围绕创业企业机会识别机制等核心问题撰写研究型案例。项目组研究期间出版专著1部，发表学术论文十余篇，标注自然科学基金资助论文4篇，正在出版专著2部，研究成果获山东省高校科研优秀成果（人文社科）三等奖，青岛市第三十三次社科优秀成果二等奖、教育部第八届高校科研优秀成果（人文社科）二等奖，山东省第三十三届社会科学优秀成果二等奖等多项奖励。团队成员的学术影响明显扩大，国内外合作交流进一步增强。.本项目结合案例访谈和信息加工视角尝试提出了国际创业企业机会识别的机制，即在独特的双重网络嵌入情境下，知识搜寻双元模式所发挥的影响作用。这有助于机会识别研究超出在创业者个体层面探讨并不断向心理学领域发展的趋势，向着团队和企业层面更深层次理论解构的方向发展。基于结构和行为互动的视角丰富了双重网络嵌入与知识搜寻双元模式对机会识别的理论解释，能够弥补现有研究过分强调网络结构而忽视网络行为的不足，对于已有文献是有益补充，有助于启发未来研究采取理论驱动的研究设计来验证国际创业企业机会识别的内在机制，具有重要理论贡献。构建整合框架分析国际创业企业机会识别的动态过程，识别创业企业双重网络与机会识别之间的中介路径——知识搜寻双元模式，增添网络嵌入和机会识别之间新的解释逻辑。
