The correct understanding of the relationship between safety and economy is the first concern in the civil aviation. The project studies the multi-objective optimization approach of maintenance policies for the airborne redundant system operating with multiple faults. .For the characteristics including multiple state, time sequence and dependence of the redundant airborne system operating with multiple faults, the reliability model is built based on the Markov renewal process and the universal generating function. According to the reliability model, the dispatch strategy decision method of systems operating with multiple faults is proposed, as well as the definition methods of constraints based on dispatch reliability and the average safety level. The multi-objective optimization model of maintenance policies for the redundant airborne system operating with multiple faults is developed with consideration of a variety of factors related to reliability, safety, economy and social benefit, and the corresponding optimization algorithm is proposed based on NSGA-Ⅱ. .The research findings of this project can be applied in the development, certification and improvement of the Maintenance Plan Document of civil aircraft. And there are great significances in dealing with the relationship between safety and economy of civil aircraft.
正确认识和处理安全性与经济性的关系是民用航空界必须重视的首要问题。本项目对机载冗余系统带多重故障运行的维修策略多目标优化方法进行研究。.针对机载冗余系统带多重故障运行的多态、时序、相关特征,基于马尔可夫更新过程与通用生成函数构建可靠性模型;以该可靠性模型为基础,提出多重故障下的派遣类别判断方法,以及基于出勤可靠度与平均安全性水平的约束条件定义方法;综合考虑可靠性、安全性、经济性与社会效益等多种因素,构建机载冗余系统带多重故障运行的多目标优化模型,并提出基于NSGA-Ⅱ的多目标优化算法。.本项目的研究成果可以直接应用于民用飞机维修计划文件的编制、审定与改进等各项工作,对于正确处理民用飞机安全性与经济性的关系具有重要的理论意义与应用价值。
机载冗余系统带故障运行分析是系统安全性分析的重要组成部分,已广泛的应用于主设备最低清单编制与发动机控制系统的研制与审定之中。本项目对机载冗余系统带多重故障运行的维修策略开展了研究。.基于马尔可夫过程与蒙特卡罗仿真分别构建了带多重故障运行的可靠性模型;给出了多重故障运行的派遣类别决策原则,提出了带多重故障运行的安全性约束定义与出勤可靠度约束定义;以带故障运行时间为决策变量,以安全性要求及出勤可靠度要求为约束条件,以系统单位时间运行成本及出勤可靠度为优化目标构建了带多重故障运行的维修策略多目标优化模型,提出了基于NSGA-II的多目标优化算法。并通过工程实例证明了本项目提供的方法能够保证飞机在满足安全性要求和出勤可靠度要求的条件下降低运行成本。
