Maintainability demostration is an important measure to assure that the maintainability of product can satisfy design requirement, while the present maintainability demostration approach cannot satisfy the requirement of concurrent design of civil aircraft, and cannot support the maintainability comphrensive evalution and global optimization..We use 3D digitizing software to develop virtual mockup, build the mainteance task information model, and construct the maintainability virtual demostration platform. The measurement method of maintenance task is studied by using time measurent technique, the generation and optimization algorithm of maintenance disassembly and assembly sequence is presented by using the combination of Graph Theory and Genetic Algorithm, and the mainteance process model is established based on Colored Stochastic Time Petri Net. The relationship between system maintainability and maintenance task is studied, the comphrensive evaluation mtheod of system maintainability qualitative requirement is proposed based multi-attribute decision theory; the Monte Carlo simulation and state equation solving is conducted by using the mainteance process model based on Colored Stochastic Time Petri Net, and the verification method of maintainability quantitative index is given..The achievement of this project satisfy the requirement of concurrent design of civil aircraft, and it has great theoretical significance and engineering value on improving the maintainability of civil aircraft..
维修性验证是保证产品的维修性满足设计要求的重要手段,目前的维修性验证方法不能满足民用飞机并行设计的需要、无法支持系统维修性的综合评估与全局优化。.本项目依托三维数字化软件,开发虚拟样机、建立维修任务信息模型,构建民用飞机系统维修性虚拟验证平台。利用作业时间测定技术研究维修作业时间测定方法,利用图论与遗传算法相结合的方法,提出维修拆卸与装配序列生成与优化算法,基于颜色随机时间Petri网构建飞机系统维修过程模型。研究系统维修性与维修作业的对应关系,提出基于多属性决策理论的系统维修性定性要求综合评估方法;利用基于颜色随机时间Petri网构建的飞机系统维修过程模型,进行蒙特卡罗仿真与状态方程求解,提出系统维修性定量指标验证方法。.本项目的研究成果能够满足民用飞机维修性并行设计的需要,对于提高民用飞机维修性设计水平具有重要的理论意义与应用价值。
维修性是民用飞机系统重要的设计属性,是决定其维修品质与寿命周期费用的关键因素。.本项目基于DELMIA软件开发了维修过程虚拟仿真系统。利用参数化设计技术,开发了基于三维特征的维修工具标准件库;利用DELMIA提供的人体属性工具,构建了维修人员基本人体姿态库。结合某民机前起落架机轮的维修拆卸过程,给出了维修过程虚拟仿真实例,实现了产品维修性虚拟分析与评价。.利用颜色随机事件Petri网,进行维修过程要素建模与维修作业逻辑关系建模,进而构建了基于颜色随机时间Petri网的维修过程模型。利用该模型,提出了维修资源参数分析方法,构建了基于蒙特卡罗法的维修时间仿真模型。以某民机前起落架系统排故过程为实例,证明了模型的有效性。.对维修性设计属性评价方法进行了研究,提出了维修可达性的虚拟评价方法以及维修人素工程评价方法。基于多属性决策与模糊理论,提出了维修性属性值的预处理方法,建立了民机产品维修性综合评价模型,并通过实例证明了方法的有效性。
