The plant could be used for formulating new kind of pesticide. The methods have been confirmed by science research results. The first, the crude extract of noxious plant could be directly used for pesticide preparation. The second, we could isolate and discover natural products in some plants and screen the anti-insect activities and generate lead compounds library of pesticide. By the lead optimization and development, we have much opportunities making new kind of pesticide.More and more plant have been discovered including active substances against pests. Stellera chamaejasme L., a noxious plant in Qinghai-Tibet plateau of China, has been used as Chinese medicinal herbs for its anti-tumor activity. Previously, flavones and coumarins have been isolated from this plant. The extract that we isolated froms this plant also show biological activity against aphid, especially against cotton aphids, Aphats gossypii, Myzus persicae (Sulzer)..The crude extract was further examined by thin layer chromatography (TLC) with hexane/acetic acid as the mobile phase and nine components were detected under UV light scanning. The crude extract was then purified through column chromatography with silica gel G as the stationary phase and hexane / acetic acid as the mobile phase. Only two isolated fraction show the aphidcidal activity. The two fractions were further purified and the structures of the two compounds were assigned from the spectroscopic data, IR, UV, NMR, GC/MS, and elemental analysis. The two compouends are identified as 1,5―diphenyl―1―Pentanone 1,5―diphenyl―2―penten―1―one
利用本室从我国西南地区筛选到对农业得要割虫蚜虫具有高效防治作用的有毒植物瑞香狼毒为材料,从中提取分离纯化出具有灭蚜活性的新物质;运用现代分析仪器手段,对活性物质进行结构鉴定和理化性质测定;分析新物质的结构和性质特点,并与活性并联,建立针对蚜虫防治为目的的先导化合物构效关系;为创制新一代超高效低毒灭蚜农药提供理论依据。
