基于城市绿地空间优化的园林博览会影响机制和指标评价体系研究

As a big event with features of the frequent holding, intensive investment and government led, Garden Expo plays an important role in helping host cities' development, especially in urban green space structure optimization, which lays the foundations for future space development of host city's green space system. According to the existing research, restructuring process of urban green space has not been deeply analysed and not attracted sufficient attention in the planning of Garden Expo. This research focuses on the effect of Garden Expo on urban green space, and analyses its effect mechanisms and procedure. By using combined qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, this research will engage in a general survey of large-scale domestic and foreign Garden Expos, and conduct a comprehensive analysis on the main aspects, which involve the urban green space evolvement, site selection and follow-up utilization. Based on this, the research will establish a theoretical connection between Garden Expo and urban green space structure, making scientific descriptions and summary in its inherent relations and features. Furthermore, the research will form the evaluation system that aimed at building up high quality Garden Expo which can lead to green space structure optimization, and provide the theoretic foundation for future decision-making and design of Garden Expo.

园林博览会作为以频繁开展、投资密集、政府主导为特征的大事件，对推动举办城市的建设发展, 尤其对城市绿地空间结构优化起到了一定的促进作用，可以为举办城市的绿地系统建设奠定未来空间发展的结构基础。从现有研究成果来看，园林博览会举办导致的城市绿地空间重构过程尚未得到深入的剖析，在规划设计实践中也未引起足够的重视。 本研究聚焦于园林博览会对城市绿地空间结构的影响，分析其影响的机制和过程。运用定性与定量相结合的分析方法，通过对目前已经举办的国内外大型园林博览会样本进行全面研究，在众多影响因素之中抽取与绿地空间结构最密切相关的城市绿地格局衍变、场地选址和规划后续利用等主要方面，建立园林博览会与城市绿地空间结构的理论联系，对其间的规律和特征进行科学描述和总结，并制定以建设能够促进绿地系统再生优化的高品质园林博览会为目标的量化评估指标体系，为未来园林博览会科学决策和规划设计提供理论依据。

园林博览会作为以频繁开展、投资密集、政府主导为特征的大事件，对推动举办城市的建设发展, 尤其对城市绿地空间结构优化起到了一定的促进作用，可以为举办城市的绿地系统建设奠定未来空间发展的结构基础。但我国园林博览会的举办暂处于转型的瓶颈期，发展方向模糊，对城市及其绿地空间布局的战略作用尚未得到深入的剖析，在规划设计实践中也未引起足够的重视。.本研究面向国内、国外、各级、各类园林展与园林博览会，聚焦于园林展对城市用地及其绿地空间结构的影响。运用定性与定量相结合的分析方法，通过对目前已经举办的国内外大型园林博览会样本进行全面研究，对国内外的园林展与园林博览会进行了系统的综述，并选取展览花园、场地选址、展园规划和后续利用等主要方面，建立了园林博览会的与园林艺术发展、城市与区域发展等方面的理论联系，对其间的规律和特征进行科学描述和总结，并通过大量的实践不断验证与修正理论体系，为未来园林博览会科学决策和规划设计提供理论依据。
