考虑利益相关者行为的协同创新绩效研究

Collaborative innovation study does not pay enough attention to stakeholder behavior. An empirical research on the mechanism of stakeholder behavior for performance is studied. Firstly the behavioral factors that influence the performance of collaborative innovation are analyzed. Through the questionnaire, the key factors are extracted. Secondly, the dynamic combination evaluation model based on consistency is proposed based on the combination evaluation and dynamic evaluation. The corresponding parameters are set in the dynamic combination evaluation model. Through the model analysis, sensitivity analysis of parameters performance change behavior is carried out. Finally, collaborative innovation performance is evaluated and comparative analyzed by using the dynamic combination evaluation method based on the stakeholder view. The conclusion is analyzed. The policy recommendations are put forward to improve the performance of collaborative innovation. The study not only contributes to the cooperative innovation theory, improves the comprehensive evaluation method, but also provides policy recommendations to improve the collaborative innovation performance.

产学研协同创新研究中对利益相关方行为研究存在薄弱环节。本项目基于利益相关者行为视角，实证研究利益相关者行为对于绩效影响的机理。首先分析产学研协同创新中影响绩效的行为因素，通过调查问卷，提炼主要因素。其次，在组合评价和动态评价基础上，提出基于一致性的动态组合评价模型，在动态组合评价模型中设置相应参数，通过模型分析，分析绩效对行为参数变化的敏感度。最后，基于利益相关者视角，利用动态组合评价方法对协同创新绩效进行评价与比较分析，对结论进行分析，提出提高协同创新绩效的政策建议。通过本项目的研究，不仅有助于协同创新理论的深化，完善综合评价理论方法，也为提高协同创新绩效提供决策建议。

本项目基于利益相关者行为视角，实证研究利益相关者行为对于绩效影响的机理。首先分析产学研协同创新中影响绩效的行为因素，提炼主要因素。分析利益相关者行为对产学研协同创新绩效的影响。其次，提出基于理想解法的动态评价方法、基于改进理想解法的动态评价、基于灰靶的动态评价方法等动态评价方法，提出动态组合评价方法相关概念，提出基于漂移度动态组合评价方法、基于模糊Borda的动态组合评价方法和基于基于一致性的动态组合评价方法。最后，基于利益相关者视角，利用动态组合评价方法对协同创新绩效进行评价与比较分析，对结论进行分析，提出提高协同创新绩效的政策建议。通过本项目的研究，不仅有助于协同创新理论的深化，完善综合评价理论方法，也为提高协同创新绩效提供决策建议。到目前为止，已在国内外重要刊物发表标注论文25篇，3名博士生和3名硕士生顺利毕业，在读博士研究生1名、硕士研究生4名。
