空港联盟对空港可持续竞争力的影响机制研究

Airport alliance brings about some hidden dangers for airports’ future development while it produces some strength. And these hidden dangers will be more highlighted with airport industry’s structure adjustment and more airport alliances’ emergence. So the industry supervision must be reinforced to avoid the hidden dangers of airport alliances. The primary task is to analyze the impact of airport alliance on airports’ future development.. This study chooses airport sustainable competitiveness as the main index to measure airports’ future development and studies the influencing mechanism of airport alliance on airport sustainable competitiveness.. Firstly, this study analyzes the connotation and evaluation of airport sustainable competitiveness based on document analysis method and content analysis method; Secondly, this study evaluates the influence of airport alliance on alliance sponsors, the influence on other alliance participants and the influence on non-alliance airports; Thirdly, this study identifies the main influencing factors of airport sustainable competitiveness based on DEMATEL method, then builds the influencing mechanism model of airport alliance on airport sustainable competitiveness with Structural Equation Model and System Dynamics model, and then amends the influencing mechanism according to different airport types; Finally, this study proposes the policy suggestions on airport alliance according to the empirical findings..

空港联盟为空港发展带来助力的同时，也给空港未来的发展带来一些隐患。随着空港产业的结构调整和越来越多的空港联盟出现，这种隐患会越来越突出。因此要加强行业监管，规避空港联盟带来的隐患，而首要的任务是合理分析空港联盟给空港未来发展带来的影响。. 本项目以可持续竞争力作为衡量空港未来发展的主要指标，针对空港联盟对空港可持续竞争力的影响机制这一问题开展研究。首先，运用文献分析法、内容分析法解析空港可持续竞争力的内涵和评价；其次，运用综合评价方法评估空港联盟对联盟发起者、其他联盟参与者、未参与联盟空港可持续竞争力的影响；再次，运用DEMATEL等方法识别空港可持续竞争力的主要影响因素，运用结构方程和系统动力学构建空港联盟对空港可持续竞争力的影响机理模型，并针对不同类型的空港进行影响机理的修正；最后，根据实证研究结果提出空港联盟化发展的政策建议。

空港联盟对空港可持续竞争力的影响机制研究是空港决策是否联盟的重要前提，本项目以可持续竞争力作为衡量空港未来发展的主要指标，针对空港联盟对空港可持续竞争力的影响机制这一问题开展研究。主要成果可以概括为：. （1）研究了空港联盟对空港可持续竞争力的影响机理。利用K均值方法将空港划分为三组联盟，从区域发展、基础条件、运营实力、需求状况、支撑产业、服务能力和技术指标等7个方面丰富了可持续空港竞争力的形成机理指标体系。然后构造了11个假设条件，对三组空港的形成机理进行了分析。. （2）构建了空港可持续竞争力的评价指标体系，研究了联盟空港在面临联盟入侵者时的准入决策问题和参与联盟的空港退出决策问题，并基于我国多个空港的实证数据进行了分析。. （3）空港联盟对空港可持续竞争力的影响机制的一部分也来源于航空公司的参与，而航空公司的运营效率和航空碳排放政策对影响机理的形成有非常重要的影响。本项目系统性地研究了航空公司的网络效率、动态效率等效率问题和欧盟碳排放交易体系和2020年碳中和增长战略等航空碳排放政策。. 本项目的研究工作丰富了空港联盟、空港竞争力、航空公司效率和航空碳排放政策方面的研究，可以为我国航空业的发展战略和政策制定提供理论和方法方面的借鉴。
