Molecular switches can be used as basic unit in future logic and storage circuits, which become the hot topic and front research area in material science and technology. It is of great scientific significance and application value to realize molecular switch with switchable chirality and ferroelectricity in life science and information storage areas. This project is carried out on investigating the proportions of trans- and cis-conforms of bi-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives in different conditions to develop a new type of organic molecules with switchable functions.It is expected to build chiral and ferro/antiferoelectric supramolecular structures based bi-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives by modulating their molecular conformations, and get the informations of corresponding structures, such as XRD spectra, emission spectra, absorption spectra, polarizability, dielectric constants, electron mobilities.This project is aimed at realizing a novel type of organic electronic devices with electric field or light induced switchable chirality and ferroelectricity based bi-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives,and providing materials,theories and preparation technologies for molecular switch with electric field or light induced switchable chirality and ferroelectricity.
分子开关可作为未来逻辑和存储电路的基本单元,是国际上研究的热点和前沿。实现具有电场或光调控手性和铁电性反转功能的分子开关在生命科学和信息存储领域具有重要的科学意义和应用价值。本项目以联1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物为研究对象,探讨联1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物顺/反异构体在不同条件下的存在几率,开发一种新型的具有分子开关功能的有机分子。通过调控分子构象,构建基于非手性联1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物的手性和铁电性/反铁电性超分子结构,并获得相应结构的X射线衍射谱、发射光谱、吸收谱、极化率、介电常数、电子迁移率等信息,基于联1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物制备具有电场或光调控手性和铁电性反转功能的有机光电子器件,为具有电场或光调控手性、铁电性反转功能分子开关提供材料、理论和制备工艺基础。
