企业战略选择对创新模式的影响机理及其经济后果研究

Based on the institutional background and business practice in China, this project improves the measures of business strategy and innovation modes, and examines how business strategy influences firm performance through innovation modes and how management control systems moderate the relationship between business strategy and innovation modes and the relationship between innovation modes and firm performance. Specifically, this project focuses on the following aspects: (1) the impacts of business strategy on firm performance; (2) the impacts of business strategy on innovation modes and the mechanisms; (3) the impacts of innovation modes on firm performance; (4) the moderating effects of management control systems; (5) conclusions and implications. Being closely connected with the times, this project will enrich the literature on business strategy, innovation, and management control. The findings will be beneficial to China's regulators, corporate management, and investors.

本项目根据中国的制度背景和企业管理实践，将“战略”和“创新”的理念相结合，在改进战略选择的度量、梳理创新模式的基础上，探究“战略选择——创新模式——企业绩效”的作用路径和影响结果，并考察管理控制系统对“战略选择——创新模式”和“创新模式——企业绩效”两组关系的影响。具体研究内容包括：（1）战略选择对企业绩效的直接影响；（2）战略选择对创新模式的影响及其影响机理；（3）创新模式对企业绩效的影响；（4）管理控制系统的调节作用；（5）研究结论与政策建议。本项目紧扣时代背景，开展项目研究不仅可以丰富战略、创新、管理控制等相关文献，而且可以为政府部门制定和完善管理会计相关政策、企业管理者制定战略、选择创新模式和管理控制系统、投资者评估企业价值等提出合理建议。

随着信息技术、大数据以及人工智能的发展，传统的企业组织形式和竞争模式都发生了重大的变化，企业战略的重要性更加凸显，创新是企业获得竞争优势的重要源泉。本项目根据中国的制度背景和企业管理实践，将“战略”和“创新”的理念相结合，在改进战略选择的度量、梳理创新模式的基础上，探究“战略选择——创新模式——企业绩效”的作用路径和影响结果，并考察管理控制系统对“战略选择——创新模式”和“创新模式——企业绩效”两组关系的影响。具体研究内容和结论包括：（1）战略选择对企业绩效有直接的正向影响；（2）不同的战略选择对创新有不同影响；（3）创新模式对企业绩效有正向影响；（4）管理控制系统在“战略选择——创新模式”和“创新模式——企业绩效”中发挥着调节作用。本项目研究紧扣住时代背景，不仅丰富了战略、创新、管理控制系统等相关文献，而且为政府部门制定和完善管理会计相关政策、企业管理者制定战略、选择创新模式和管理控制系统、投资者评估企业价值等提出了合理建议。
