Aimed at the practical and urgent problem for the development and variation of operating vehicle load, accorded with Weight In Motion (WIM) technology and massive WIM data acquired in the Pearl River Delta, based on the way of rebuilding vehicle partition method and improving the scientific nature of WIM data acquisition, by the key of using extreme value analysis theory to construction the operating vehicle load model, by means of using Rice formula deduced to estimate the maximum value probability distribution of operating vehicle load in any recurrence period, establish the objective present state description method of operating vehicle load characteristics, construct the scientific forecasting method about the development law of operating vehicle load. On the basis of this, according to the Rice formula, equal exceeding probability criterion as well as the stochastic simulation analysis results of typical bridge vehicle load effect, deduce the operating vehicle load effect of typical bridges in any recurrence period, portray the dynamic reliability evolution of typical bridges; based on the present design specification, refine the loading pattern and value for bridge detection and evaluation in Pearl River Delta region, establish the relationship between the load value of detection and evaluation with the residual life of existing bridge, provide a scientific basis for detection and evaluation,reinforcement and reconstruction of existing bridge in industrial area, demonstrate the formulation of detection and evaluation load for bridges in the other area of our country.
针对运营车辆荷载发展变异这一现实而迫切的问题,基于WIM技术,在珠三角地区海量WIM数据采集的基础上,以重构车辆运行状态的划分方法、改进WIM数据获取的科学性为基础,以运用极值分析理论构建运营车辆荷载模型为关键,以利用Rice公式推断估计任意重现期运营车辆荷载极值概率分布为手段,建立运营车辆荷载特征现状的客观描述方法,构建运营车辆荷载发展规律的科学预测方法。在此基础上,根据Rice公式、等超越概率准则以及典型桥梁车辆荷载效应的随机模拟分析结果,推断典型桥梁任意重现期运营车辆荷载效应,刻画描述典型桥梁动态可靠度的演变规律;依托现行设计规范,提炼珠三角地区桥梁检测评估荷载图式及其取值,建立检测评估荷载取值与既有桥梁剩余服役期的关系,为后工业化地区既有桥梁安全运营、检测评估、加固改造提供科学依据,示范我国其它地区的桥梁检测评估荷载的制订。
针对运营车辆荷载发展变异这一现实而迫切的问题,基于WIM技术,首先,在工业化中后期代表性较强的珠三角地区收集了三条高速公路、350万个WIM数据的基础上,运用极值分析理论和利用Rice公式构建了运营车辆荷载模型,预测了任意重现期运营车辆荷载极值概率分布,建立了运营车辆荷载现状特征及其发展规律的客观描述方法。其次,根据等超越概率准则以及典型桥梁车辆荷载效应的随机模拟分析结果,推断出典型桥梁任意重现期运营车辆荷载效应,刻画了典型桥梁动态可靠度的演变规律。再次,利用等效疲劳损伤原理,提炼出工业化中后期地区标准疲劳车辆模型,依托现行设计规范,提炼了桥梁检测评估荷载图式及其取值,建立了检测评估荷载取值与既有桥梁剩余服役期的关系。上述研究,为后工业化地区既有桥梁安全运营、检测评估、加固改造提供科学依据,促进了计重收费政策的优化完善、桥梁设计荷载标准和检测评估规程的修订。
