开放经济下工业企业绿色创新的动力机制、路径演化与绩效评价研究

According to the open economy theory and green innovation theory, this project illustrates the definition and connotation of open economy and green innovation, and the new research framework of green innovation of industrial enterprises in open economy is put forward from the perspective of innovation process. The imputes sources of green innovation is investigated from both interior and external, and then, the direct and indirect influences of open economy on green innovation imputes of industrial enterprises are explored. In oder to reveal the transmission path of green innovation imputes of industrial enterprises in open economy, the imputes mechanism of green innovation of industrial enterprises in open economy is builded based on system dynamics. This project study the influence of the open economy on path selection of green innovation of industrial enterprises, and construct the evolutionary game model of green innovation path of industrial enterprises in open economy based on the analysis of green innovation path evolution process in open economy. On the basis of empirical evaluation of green innovation performance of industrial enterprises, the spatial-temproal variation characteristics of green innovation performance is judged. By using panel data model, this project research the influence mechanism of open economy on green innovation performance of industrial enterprises, and reinstitute the evaluation model of green innovation performance of industrial enterprises in open economy. In the end, the development strategy of green innovation of industrial enterprise in open economy is put forward from three aspects: macro-level, meso-level, micro-level. Obviously, this project would form an initial theoretical framework of green innovation of industrial enterprises in open economy, it also could provide a theoretical support for promoting the green innovation ability of industrial enterprises and implementing the green development of Chinese economy.

本项目结合开放经济理论与绿色创新理论，界定开放经济与绿色创新的定义及内涵，基于创新过程视角提出开放经济下工业企业绿色创新研究的新框架；研究工业企业绿色创新的内、外部动力源，探寻开放经济对工业企业绿色创新动力的直接影响和间接影响，基于系统动力学构建开放经济下工业企业绿色创新动力机制模型；剖析开放经济对工业企业绿色创新路径选择的影响机理，解析开放经济下工业企业绿色创新路径演化过程，构建开放经济下工业企业绿色创新路径演化博弈模型；通过绿色创新绩效实证评价识别工业企业绿色创新绩效时空分异特征，运用面板数据模型揭示开放经济对工业企业绿色创新绩效的影响机理，重构开放经济下工业企业绿色创新绩效评价模型；从宏观、中观和微观三个层面提出开放经济下工业企业绿色创新的发展策略。显然，本项研究将初步形成开放经济下工业企业绿色创新的理论框架，为开放经济下工业企业绿色创新能力提升提供理路依据，实现中国经济的绿色发展。

随着我国融入全球经济的程度不断加深，资本、技术等要素的全球流动将为我国工业企业绿色创新带来重要机遇和挑战。本项目从五个方面进行研究：（1）在探讨开放经济定义和表现形式的基础上构建经济开放度评价指标体系，根据评价结果探讨经济开放度的地区差异及收敛性；从创新过程视角剖析绿色创新的关键问题，即绿色创新动力、绿色创新路径、绿色创新绩效；基于创新过程视角提出开放经济下工业企业绿色创新的研究框架。（2）开放经济下工业企业绿色创新动力机制研究。从技术推动力、市场拉动力、环境管制推动力三个方面构建绿色创新三源驱动模型；利用空间杜宾模型实证检验开放经济下创新动力源对绿色创新动力的影响；利用系统动力学研究开放经济因素、创新动力源与绿色创新的因果关系，并通过仿真研究揭示开放经济下工业企业绿色创新动力的传导机制。（3）开放经济下工业企业绿色创新路径演化研究。从技术溢出机制、利润反馈与研发费用分摊机制两个方面揭示开放经济对我国工业企业绿色创新路径演化的影响机理；构建开放经济下工业企业绿色创新路径演化博弈模型，求解模型的演化稳定策略；分别从利润反馈与研发费用分摊机制、技术溢出机制两个方面设定仿真参数，对开放经济下工业企业绿色创新路径的演化趋势进行仿真研究。（4）开放经济下工业企业绿色创新绩效评价研究。基于二象性视角构建工业企业绿色创新绩效评价指标体系，利用PPE-Malmquist-LWM评价模型进行实证评价，进而利用非参数核密度估计刻画绿色创新绩效的演化规律；运用面板数据模型，检验开放经济下外商直接投资、对外直接投资、进出口贸易以及创新动力源对绿色创新绩效的影响；从开放经济、绿色创新动力源、绿色创新效率、绿色创新效益四个方面重构绿色创新绩效评价指标体系，进而运用熵权-G1法对开放经济下工业企业绿色创新绩效进行再评价。（5）发展策略研究。有针对性提出增强绿色创新动力、优化绿色创新路径演化、提升绿色创新绩效的对策建议。
