Various forms of supply chain contracts are important ways to make the supply chain achieve coordination. Trade credit contract, as a supply chain contract, is widely used in the management practice. This project aims to integrate the self- - trade credit for retailers and the trade credit for consumers, exploring the coordination strategies of trade credit under various supply chain circumstances. In addition, this project will scientifically introduce the factors of decision-making subjects and consumer behaviors into the supply chain coordination. First, the study starts with the conscious decision-making process of consumers, focusing on consumer-based strategy, the supply chain coordination of preference behaviors and information sharing and finally constructing theories of supply chain coordination based on consumer behaviors. Besides, the project deals with the supply chain optimization and coordination strategy under the influence of decision-making behaviors of subjects. Based on the operational research method, the project endeavors to establish reasonable decision-making model of management, employing the behavior theory, stochastic process, game theory, numerical analysis and simulation technology to solve the model, with the ultimate purpose of exploring the structure of optimal decision-making. This research discusses the structure of the optimal decision. Based on the study of the model, experimental study has been carried out with the model results as references to construct the theory of supply chain coordination (taking trade credit and decision-making behaviors into consideration). Above all, the project aims to aid enterprises to consider their own behaviors and customer behaviors and optimize decision-making; in the meantime the project serves to help consumers to recognize their behavior characteristics and offer consumers valuable advice.
各种形式的供应链契约是使供应链达到协调的一个重要手段,信用支付契约是管理实践中应用广泛的一种供应链契约。本项目将零售商自身信用支付和消费者信用支付结合起来,研究各种供应链环境下的信用支付协调策略。另外,本项目科学地将决策主体和消费者行为因素融入到供应链信用支付协调中,首先从顾客有意识的决策过程出发,重点研究基于顾客战略、偏好行为的供应链协调策略和信息共享,构建基于顾客行为的供应链协调理论。然后,研究决策主体行为影响下的供应链优化和协调策略。运用运筹学方法建立合理的管理决策模型,采用行为理论、随机过程、博弈论、数值分析与仿真等技术对模型求解和分析,探讨最优决策的结构形式。在模型研究的基础上,开展实验研究,与模型研究结果相互参照,以期科学地形成信用支付下的基于行为因素的供应链协调理论,帮助企业考虑自身和顾客行为因素,优化决策;帮助顾客认识自身的行为特征,为顾客决策提供建议。
