考虑商业信用风险的供应链库存优化与契约协调

Facing with the trade credit risk produced in the trade credit sales, the enterprises in the supply chain, when making decisions, have to survey the benefit and risk of the trade credit, considering the effect of the trade credit risk on the optimal decisions.Therefore, based on the research of the supply chain optimization and coordiantion with trade credit, introducing the trade credit risk, the project not only discusses the basic theory of the inventory optimization and contract coordination in the supply chain considering trade credit risk, but also invenstigates the retailing supply chain to validate and improve the basic theory above, following the ordinate line of "inventory optimization of individual enterprise in the supply chain, joint inventory optimization in the supply chain, coordination of the supply chain " and the horizontal line of "a certain trade credit risk evaluation value, trade credit risk dependent on the decision making system" . The project has the following five research contents: content 1 mainly analyzes the influencing factors on trade credit risk and makes the quantitative description;based on the research of content 1, considering the trade credit risk, content 2-4 study on the single enterprise inventory optimization of supply chain , the joint inventory optimization of supply chain , and the supply chain coordination ; The content 5 is mainly an empirical case study on the proposed inventory optimization and coordination strategies in the content 2-4, to verify and improve the conclusions.

面对商业信用销售中产生的商业信用风险，供应链中企业在做决策时不得不重新审视商业信用所带来的收益和风险，考虑该风险对其最优决策的影响，因此，本项目以近年来基于商业信用的供应链优化协调相关成果为基础，考虑商业信用风险的影响，以"供应链中单个企业库存优化--供应链联合库存优化--供应链协调"为纵线，以"商业信用风险评价值--商业信用风险依赖于决策系统"为横线，不仅进行商业信用风险影响下供应链库存优化与契约协调的基础理论研究，而且将结合某零售供应链进行实证调查，对上述基础理论研究进行验证与完善。项目有以下五个研究内容组成，内容1主要分析商业信用风险的影响因素并进行定量描述；内容2-4以内容1的研究为基础，研究商业信用风险下供应链单个企业库存优化、供应链联合库存优化及供应链的契约协调；内容5主要是对内容2-4提出的库存优化及协调策略进行案例分析，检验并修正有关结论。

本课题对商业信用风险影响下供应链库存优化及契约协调进行了研究。具体研究内容如下：1) 研究商业信用风险影响下，供应链中单个企业库存优化及联合库存优化问题，分析供应链中资金流和物流的整合情况，为供应链中成员的决策提供科学指导。2) 研究商业信用风险影响下的分散供应链契约协调设计问题，进而提高供应链绩效及竞争力。该研究揭示了商业信用风险对供应链中成员库存决策优化及供应链协调的影响，为商业信用短期融资方式下，考虑商业信用风险的供应链运作优化及协调机制的构建提供理论依据和方法支持，为进一步提高供应链的绩效水平提供参考和建议。截至本项目结束时，项目团队已经在国内外期刊或国际会议上发表（或录用）了10余篇论文，部分论文已被物流与供应链领域的国际期刊《Asia-pacific Journal of Operational Research》、《Sustainability》、《Discrete Dynamics in Nature and Society》等SCI/SSCI检索的期刊上发表（含录用），以及《中国管理科学》，《管理评论》，《运筹与管理》等国家自然基金委A类期刊上发表，取得了较为丰硕的学术成果。此外，本项目已经培养了6名硕士研究生，顺利地完成了预期目标。
