跨层次、动态视角的联盟网络与企业创新绩效关系研究

Alliance network has become important prerequisite for innovation, concerns over alliance network and innovation have grown significantly during the last two decades. Not only has the issue become a hot topic in the business press and among business and political leaders, but a body of academic literature has also emerged. However, they often focus on single-level factors, which cannot provide us with a systematic understanding of firms' innovation mechanism. This project attempt to investigate how factors at different levels of alliance network work on the innovation performance of firms, and how organizational innovation mechanism co-evolve with the development of alliance network, by integrating the three broad theoretical perspectives, network theory, cross-level theory and co-evolution theory. A multiple method design, including meta analysis, case study, and simulation, is adopted in our research. In this proposal, we first identify the factors at three levels of alliance network that work on organizational innovation performance, with a longitudinal study of the Chinese 3G industry based on TD-SCDMA standard, and meta analysis of literature. After that a simulation model based on multi-agent will be built to facilitate the analysis, to investigate how factors at and cross the three levels of alliance network work on the organizational innovation performance, and how organizational innovation mechanism and alliance network co-evolve with each other. This project has potential to contribute to the social network analysis, and Chinese-based theory building and empirical practice.

企业间战略联盟基础上形成的联盟网络成为创新的组织基础，联盟网络如何促进企业创新绩效的提升成为理论界和实践界普遍关注的问题。已有研究大多基于理论分析、案例研究等方法进行单层面要素的静态影响机制分析。本课题在对中国基于TD-SCDMA 标准的3G产业进行跟踪分析的基础上，采用案例与模拟相结合的方法，以网络理论、跨层次理论以及协同演进理论为基础，通过跨层次、动态分析揭示联盟网络对企业创新绩效的跨层次影响机理,挖掘两者的协同演进机制。通过案例分析和元分析（1）识别联盟网络不同层面影响企业创新绩效的要素及其作用机制，（2）构建基于多智能体的网络创新模拟平台，通过模拟与案例相结合的方法（3）分析联盟网络的三个不同层面要素及其交互作用对企业创新绩效的影响机理，揭示（4）企业创新机制与企业间联盟网络的协同演进机理。本课题研究对于丰富社会网络理论以及中国企业战略管理的理论与实践具有重要意义。

本课题在对中国基于TD-SCDMA 标准的3G 产业进行跟踪分析的基础上，采用实证、案例与模拟相结合的方法，以网络理论、制度理论、创新理论、跨层次理论以及协同演进理论为基础，通过跨层次、动态分析揭示联盟网络对企业创新绩效的跨层次影响机理，挖掘两者的协同演进机制。由于企业创新机制的研究较成熟，本课题构建跨层次分析框架，揭示不同层面要素及其交互作用对企业创新绩效的影响；对二元联盟创新机制的研究刚刚兴起，本课题主要采用了繁衍的方法，将社会网络理论运用到对二元联盟创新机制的研究中；针对产业网络创新机制，则采用了整合的办法，将产业演进理论、社会网络理论、制度理论等应用到对产业创新机制的研究，构建一个系统的联盟网络创新模型。
