表征与非表征视角下历史文化街区文化综合保护研究 —以北京不同功能类典型街区为例

The report from the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China says that we should not only protect the excellent traditional cultures, but also we need to stimulate innovation cultures. In this context, we should protect the representational cultures and non-representational cultures in historical and cultural districts. We should explore the role of non-representational cultures in the continuation of historical cultures. However, at present, the conservation of historical and cultural blocks are mainly concentrated in the representational cultures while ignoring the non-representational cultures. However, according to the emerging "non-representational theory" in cultural geography, the protection for representational cultures is not enough to protect the characteristics and the placeness of the block. And the comprehensive protection for representational cultures and non-representational culture is more comprehensive. The core problem of this study is the relationship between the representation and the non-representation.This is the question that cultural geography needs to answer. This study chooses typical historical and cultural blocks for tourism business, living, culture education function in Beijing as the study area，and it adopts text analysis, ethnography methods. Firstly, it analyzes the historical and cultural blocks’ representational cultures through the different regulations and decorations of the historical heritages; Secondly, it analyzes the representational cultures’ evolution and the mechanism. Thirdly, it analyzes historical and cultural blocks’ non-representational cultures and it’s development and evolution. Fourthly, the relationship between the representation and non-representation is analyzed. Fifth, it analyzes the way for preserving the representational and non-representational cultures synthetically. Generally, this research can improve the theory about place in cultural geography, and it can provide a new framework for preserving the historical and cultural blocks.

十九大报告指出，我们既要保护优秀传统文化、又要激励创新文化。在此背景下，历史文化街区既要保护表征文化，也要保护非表征文化，并要发掘非表征文化对历史文化延续的作用。而目前，对街区文化的保护集中于前者，忽视了后者。按照新兴的“非表征理论”，这样的保护不足以保护到街区的特色，两者综合保护才更全面。本项目的核心问题是探究表征与非表征之间的联系，目前文化地理学对此尚未有清晰的答案。本项目以北京旅游商业、居住、文教类的街区为例，采用文献分析、民族志等方法进行研究，共分为五部分：第一，通过不同规制、装饰等的历史遗产分析街区的表征文化；第二，分析表征文化的演变及其机制；第三，通过居民的节日表演活动、居民对街区的规划设计等分析非表征文化，并分析其形成发展的动因；第四，分析表征与非表征之间的关系；第五，分析表征与非表征文化综合保护的途径。本研究可以完善学科的地方理论，也可为街区文化综合保护提供一个新的框架。

国内对历史文化街区的研究和保护主要以表征文化为主，而随着“非表征理论”的兴起，及党和国家对保护优秀传统文化、激励创新文化的要求，历史文化街区还需保护非表征文化。项目以北京不同功能类历史文化街区为例，研究它们的表征文化与非表征文化（含两者的呈现、发展演变、居民的认知认同、保护缘由等），研究两者之间的关系，并研究两者综合保护的途径，为历史文化街区文化的综合保护提供新的框架。项目得出结论：第一，历史文化街区表征文化的能指主要体现在四合院的院落、大门、影壁方面，所指主要为传统礼俗文化、传统吉祥寓意文化及励志文化、伦理教化文化。第二，土地产权制度、权力对表征文化的发展演变有一定影响。第三，影响不同功能类历史文化街区居民对街区表征文化认知的因素既有共同的，也有不同的。且同一种因素对不同功能类历史文化街区的影响程度不同。表征文化需被保护，但其有局限性。第四，历史文化街区的非表征活动主要体现在胡同空间、院落空间安置、院落大门部件的设计、院落的宜居层面。非表征文化有其保护的缘由。第五，表征与非表征文化既有区别，又有联系。两者还进行着互动，互动主要有两种方式。第六，历史文化街区文化的保护需要搭建表征文化和非表征文化综合保护的框架。对于表征文化的保护，对不同属性居民应采取不同措施；历史文化街区既需要适当降低人口密度，又需要适当保留一些老居民，还需要增加院落公共空间所占比例；居民要选取院落空间组织中的核心人物。项目的科学意义或应用前景为：项目完善了地方理论，为历史文化街区的研究及保护提出一个框架。实践中，为北京市文物局、北京市文化局等相关部门关于历史文化街区、历史建筑的保护提供重要的参考等。项目按计划完成，共取得成果15项，包含出版独著1部，公开发表学术论文8篇，包含SSCI、A&HCI收录期刊论文1篇，EI收录期刊论文1篇，CSSCI收录期刊论文3篇等。
