大学生实习失度性研究

In recent years, due to an increasing mismatch between the supply and the demand of college graduates in the labor market, the issue of college student internship catches more and more social attentions. Having excessive or having insufficient internship experiences coexist among college students, and the conflict becomes obvious over time. This contradiction brings about serious challenges for students' capacity building, talent cultivation in higher education institutions, and labor market regulations. Thus, this project defines excessive and insufficient internship experiences as inapposite internship, and intends to conduct in-depth analysis about it, which will have significant theoretical and policy implications. The major goals of this project include: (1) analyzing the current state of the inapposite internship among college students; (2) constructing theoretical models for analyzing the mechanisms and the determinants for inapposite internship and empirically testing the hypotheses implied by these models; (3) investigating the impacts of inapposite internship on college student development; (4) exploring the influence of inapposite internship on college students' labor market performance; (5) and finally, analyzing the policy implications of the possible findings. The project team has conducted very solid prior research. Its investigation will be based on cutting edge international researches, and focus on the particular experience of Chinese college students at the meantime. The team will employ unique theoretical perspectives, advanced research methodology, and rich survey data to analyze its key issues, in order to making original contribution in terms of constructing the theoretical model for inapposite internship, applying empirical analysis and interpreting its findings, and to creating valuable outputs.

近年来随着劳动力市场上高校毕业生供需矛盾的加剧，大学生实习问题越来越引起社会的重视。大学生实习过度与实习不足等现象并存，并有越演越烈的态势，对大学生能力建设、高校人才培养环节以及就业市场规则等方面都带来了严峻挑战。因此，本课题将大学生实习过度与实习不足定义为实习失度，并对此展开深入的研究具有重要理论和现实价值。 本课题的研究目标为：（1）大学生实习失度的现状分析；（2）建立大学生实习失度的机理和影响因素的理论模型并进行实证检验；（3）研究实习失度对在校学生发展的影响；（4）研究实习失度对毕业生劳动力市场表现的影响；（5）深入解析研究结果的政策性含义。 课题组已具有很好的研究基础和条件，将立足于国际学术前沿，同时聚焦中国大学生群体的特殊性，采用独到的理论视角和前沿研究方法以及丰富的调查数据来研究该论题,力图在建构实习失度的理论模型、经验数据的实证分析和解释方面做出原创性的，有价值的成果。

近年来随着劳动力市场上高校毕业生供求矛盾的加剧，大学生实习过度和实习不足等现象同存，已成为高教界、教育行政管理部门和用人单位关注的焦点。现实中我们可以看到，一方面是大学生盲目过度实习，高校正常的教学计划被打乱，专业人才的培养质量受到影响，劳动力市场实习恶性竞争，而另一方面，由于劳动力市场与高校衔接方面信息不对称等原因，又存在大量学生找不到充分、必要的实习机会，因而导致实习不足。实习失度（包括实习过度和实习不足）现象的普遍存在，使得高等院校需要认真思考和回答学生培养和质量保障的问题。本研究旨在深入挖掘和分析大学生实习失度现状、形成机制以及对劳动力市场就业的影响，为改善高校实习管理，完善人才培养方式，加强高校、学生和用人单位之间的联系等提供相应的理论和实证研究。.本课题在理论上和实证上取得了一系列具有原创意义的成果，主要包括：1.在劳动力市场上，大学生因实习所获得岗位差异，高校教学质量以及通过知识所能够获得的收益是导致大学生实习失度的重要因素；2.实习和学习是大学生人力资本积累的双要素，在大学生心理成本最小化的假设下，大学生“双习”投入配置受到“双习”投入的回报、“双习”投入的态度评价以及“双习”质量的影响。实证分析证明大学生并非实习越多越好，也并非学习投入越多越好。3.实习时长对就业满意度的影响为一种“倒U型”模式，即实习时长与就业满意度之间存在一种总体上先增后减的非单调关系。4.高校学生自主实习投入决策形成过程存在“追求-补偿”的情况，成就动机，以及成就动机与院校教育满意度的匹配缺口是影响大学生自主实习行为的核心因素。5.当前我国大学生实习总体上分为统一安排的实习和自主实习两种，自主实习和统一实习对学生的影响，特别是对学生就业对口率的影响是不同的。课题组利用北大教育学院高校学生发展数据、高校毕业生调查数据对构建的相关理论进行了检验，并对大学生实习失度的发生机制和影响进行了研究。
