The study of supramolecular species formed by the selective binding of substrate (guest ) with a molecular receptor (host ) is currently a significant topic in chemistry , rigid and well-defined hydrophobic cavities can be taken as a molecular receptor to recognize a wide variety of organic , inorganic, and biological guest molecules , forming gost-guest complexs or suprnmolecular species, which have been applied to several areas of science and technology as an excellent model system mimicking the substrate-specific interaction of enzymes . This project study on the molecular recognition of organic compound (thiourea derivatives、 amino acid、 peptides );organometallic compounds (chloro-cyclopentadienyl -molybdenum (Tungsten)、ferrocene, titanocene ) ; amphoteric surfactant (sodium undecyl-amido-methanoic acid ),;nitroxide radicals . At the same time, the biological molecular chiral recognition of aromatic amino acids by cyclodextrins complexes is also helpful to our further understanding of the multiple recognition mechanism and the induced-fit interactive hypothesis in the process of the selective combination substrate by the biological receptor.A series of substituted thiourea derivatives have been prepared in good excellent yields under the condition of solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis using polyethylene glycol as the catalyst . The products have been characterized on the basis of analytical and spectral . The promoting effects of some compound on wheat growth have been tested preliminary .
