基于跨组织关系演化的知识链关系治理研究

The project studies relational governance of knowledge chain from the perspective of the evolution of inter-organizational relationships. By utilizing the organizational relationship theory, the relational governance theory, the self-organization theory, and the evolutionary game theory as well as some other related theories, it studies the relational governance of knowledge chain in different evolutionary stages of its organizational relationship. In the building phase of the knowledge chain organizational relationship, it constructs the optimal model of coordination and regulation in order to allocate the control power of knowledge chain members; in the operating phase, it focuses on the impact of knowledge chain members’ relationship strength on the knowledge flow; in the relationship maintenance phase, the project constructs the knowledge chain governance mechanism, solving the conflicts in interests among knowledge chain members; and in the relationship evaluation phase, it applies empirical analysis to explore the impact of relational governance mechanisms on cooperative performance of knowledge chain organizations . At last, through case analysis, the project studies the realization ways and optimization choices of knowledge chain relational governance mechanisms, which could be practiced in knowledge chain activities, to enhance the core competences of knowledge chain ultimately.

本项目从跨组织关系演化的视角研究知识链关系治理。综合运用组织关系理论、关系治理理论、自组织理论、演化博弈等相关理论,探究知识链组织关系演化不同阶段的关系治理。在知识链组织关系建立阶段，构建知识链组织成员最优控制权配置模型，以协调和合理配置知识链组织成员的控制权；在关系运行阶段，探讨知识链组织成员关系强度对知识流动的影响；在关系维护阶段，构建知识链关系治理机制体系，解决知识链组织成员间利益冲突问题 ；在关系评价阶段，运用实证分析法，探究关系治理机制对知识链组织合作绩效的影响。最后，结合案例分析，研究知识链关系治理机制的实现途径和优化建议，将关系治理应用于知识链实践活动中，以提升知识链核心竞争能力。

知识链是以企业为创新的核心主体，以实现知识共享和知识创造为目的，通过知识在参与创新活动的不同组织之间流动而形成的链式结构。知识链组织间关系既不是纯粹的市场交易，也不是单一组织内部部门之间的关系，无法通过正式治理机制从根本上解决组织间的合作纠纷与利益冲突，关系治理便由此成为促进知识共享，实现多方共赢的重要手段。本项目以知识链为研究对象，致力于探索组织间的关系治理对知识链合作创新绩效的影响，主要包括以下研究内容：（1）分析知识链组织间的关系类型及关系演化特征，从关系建立、关系运行、关系维护和关系评价等阶段，探究知识链内部不同创新主体间关系演化过程的治理内容；（2）提出知识链关系治理机制体系，通过实证分析研究关系治理机制对知识链合作创新绩效的影响；（3）结合产业实践，提炼了知识链关系治理机制的实施途径以及优化措施。本项目顺利地完成了预期研究目标，借助关系治理、知识管理与创新管理理论，采用多学科交叉的研究方法，构建了知识链关系治理的研究框架，有助于促进知识管理与创新管理理论的融合发展，为关系治理领域提供了新的研究视角。
