Only under the condition that the system is compatible with each other,it is meaningful to improve the performance of the single navigtion system.While the compatible Criterion of multiple navigation system has not been unified yet,so farthe systematic research of compatible Criterion has been an key and basic problem to be solved urgently both at home and abroad .The project is based on the existing compatibility evaluation theory.The ambition of this project is to establish a scientific global navigation satellite system (GNSS) radio frequency compatibility evaluation Criterion,make research on the following key issues such as the the evaluation object,the evaluation model,the evaluation method and the selection of evaluation index, the determination of evaluation index threshold interval and so on.It provides arguments and a new idea and for the Criterion establishment to determine the interval of evaluation index threshold.This project will research on the following four aspects:.(1)Aimed at the short comings of existing method for evaluating the compatibility , calculation model of key parameters should be corrected..(2)Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to formulate the main framework and contents of the Criterion ,Level 3 quantitative evaluation index system is etablished.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to refine the key evaluation index..(3)Semi-physical simulation platform should be structrued, a method for determination of GNSS radio frequency compatibility threshold is given by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods..(4)Based on the built Criterion , interference analysis and the evaluation of the compatible of BDS, GPS and Galileo system on L1 band are made,thus the rationality and feasibility of the compatible Criterion can be verified. And relevant analysis report will be provided.
提升单个导航系统性能唯在兼容基础上才有意义,而多个导航系统的兼容标准尚未统一,深入系统地研究兼容标准是国内外亟待解决的关键问题。本项目以现有的兼容评估理论为基础,欲建立一个科学的全球卫星导航系统无线电频率兼容评估标准,对评估模型、评估方法、评估指标的选取、评估指标阈值区间的确定、兼容级别的确定等关键问题进行研究,为制定标准工作提供一种确定评估指标阈值的新思路和论据。将围绕以下四方面内容展开:(1)针对现有兼容评估方法中的不足,推导多径和高动态联合影响下基带信号功率谱,提出"长码"界定原则,修正评估参数计算模型;(2)用层次分析法拟定标准的主要框架和内容,建立三级量化评估指标体系,用模糊综合评价法提炼关键评估指标;(3)提出评估指标阈值区间的确定方法,搭建半实物仿真平台辅助阈值的确定;(4)验证和评估兼容标准,对L1频段上的北斗、GPS和Galileo系统进行兼容评估,提供实验分析报告。
