Jujube is endemic species of China,the fruit of tree can be used as food and medecine. Owing to superior climate conditions, Xinjiang has become the largest jujube growing region in China with more than 700 million mu area, accounting for one third of Xinjiang featured forest fruit industry. Simultaneously, Jujube industry has the characteristics of excellent quality and high productivity and plays an important role in increasing the farmer's income and adjustment agriculture industrial structure. Jujube is abundant in a variety of functional materials of which the content of cAMP is the highest among numerous organisms and has important development prospect. Previous research showed that the content of cAMP in jujube was affected by genotypes and environmental factors. This research took cv.grey jujube which was the major cultivar in Xinjiang as test material and applied those methods such as positional sampling, pot experiment, regional contrast, statistical analysis to study the accumulation rule of cAMP in cv.grey jujube fruits, effects of soil and fertilizar factors on cAMP formation and its physiological and ecological mechanism, effects of artificial trimming environment on the content of cAMP, testing the photosynthetic characteristic, stability of AC and PDE. aiming to reveal main soil and feitilizer factors and corresponding physiological and ecological mechanism, and further lay a theoretical foundation for artificial regulation on the content of cAMP.
枣是我国特有树种,枣果是传统的药食同源食品。新疆光热水土条件十分适合枣生长,新疆枣具有品质优良、产量高的特点,目前新疆枣种植面积超过700万亩,占全区特色林果面积的1/3强,也是我国枣种植面积最大的省区,在农民增收、农业产业结构调整中具有重要作用。枣中富含多种功能性物质,其中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)是所有生物中含量最高的,具有重要的开发应用前景。已有研究表明枣中cAMP含量同时受到基因型和环境因素的影响。本研究以新疆枣主栽品种灰枣为研究材料,采取定点连续取样、盆栽及田间试验、统计分析等研究方法,开展灰枣果实中cAMP积累规律、土壤和施肥对灰枣cAMP含量的影响等研究,同步开展光合特性研究和腺苷酸环化酶、磷酸二酯酶等酶活性的测定,揭示影响灰枣果实中cAMP含量的土壤和施肥因子及其生理生态作用机制,为人工调控灰枣中cAMP含量奠定理论基础。
