中药泽泻抑制尿草酸钙结石形成机理及其活性成分的研究

We investigate the effect of different extracts of Alisma Orientatis by phytochemistry method on calcium oxalate crystal growth in vitro and experimental calcium oxalate stone formation in rats induced by ethylene glycol and ammonium chloride to identify the effective constituent-compoundⅠ,and to detect its structure by modern spectrum techniques,which can provide theory backgrounds to develop a new medicine for urolithiasis and yield enormous social and economical efficiency.

有研究显示泽泻具有防治尿石症的作用。本项目拟采用植化方法提取分离泽泻的化学成分，经体外草酸钙结晶抑制实验和体内乙二醇诱导大白鼠肾结石实验筛选具有抑制草酸钙尿石形成的活性成分并阐明其作用机理，应用现代光谱技术鉴定其结构。有助于阐明泽泻传统功效的现代医学作用机理和物质基础、科学评价泽泻药材及制剂质量和提高泽泻防治尿石疗效。
