掌握国外刚建立的显微克隆技术,切割果蝇入噬腺染色体上有关向光行为基因的有关部位,酶切,重组入噬菌体或质粒上,进行基因扩增,形成基因文库,第二步是应用显微注射的技术将克隆和基因,注射受精卵里(初级胚)然后用ERG技术鉴定转化是否成功.
