喀斯特石漠化地区生态资产与区域贫困耦合机制研究

The ecological environment improvement and poverty eradication of Karst rocky desertification area has gradually become the consensus of scholars and the government, How to combine the ecological restoration and the development of green economy is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of ecological construction and poverty alleviation and development in rocky desertification area. The project intends to select the typical Guizhou rocky desertification area as the research object, according to the special geological the environmental background of that area, information data exchange platform of space remote sensing data and ecological process model which based on the ground data collection. Through comprehensive utilization of quantitative remote sensing, 3D GIS analysis, mathematical statistics method, the assessment of ecological assets value from the administrative unit to the small watershed to the different scales of the single ecosystem was carried out, the multidimensional identification of the poverty level of t the rocky desertification area was completed, precise positioning of the key factors leading to poverty. Reveal the coupling mechanism between ecological assets and regional poverty, study the response mechanism of karst rocky desertification area poverty on the change of the regional ecological assets, explore the establishment of a virtuous cycle of economic and ecological environment of new ideas provides theoretical basis and scientific reference for strengthening regional ecological asset management, balancing ecological construction and poverty alleviation and development, and promoting economic poverty alleviation and sustainable development.

喀斯特石漠化地区的生态环境治理和消除贫困已经逐渐成为政府与学者的共识，如何将生态修复重建与发展绿色经济结合起来是石漠化地区生态建设和扶贫开发所亟需解决的问题。项目拟选择贵州典型石漠化地区作为研究对象，针对石漠化地区特殊地质环境背景，构建基于地面采集数据、空间遥感数据和生态过程模型的信息数据交互平台，综合运用定量遥感、三维 GIS 分析、数理统计计算等方法，开展从行政单元到小流域到单一生态系统不同尺度的生态资产价值评估，完成石漠化地区区域贫困程度的多维识别，精准定位关键致贫因子，揭示石漠化地区生态资产与区域贫困程度的耦合关联机制，研究喀斯特石漠化地区贫困对区域生态资产变化的响应机制，探索建立经济与生态环境的良性循环的新思路，对加强区域生态资产管理，统筹生态建设与扶贫开发，促进经济脱贫与可持续发展提供理论依据和科学参考。

喀斯特石漠化地区的生态与贫困问题一直以来都是区域可持续发展研究的重点与热点问题。为揭示石漠化地区生态资产与区域贫困程度的耦合关联机制，课题研究立足喀斯特石漠化地区特殊生态环境背景，基于地理学、生态学等多学科理论，综合运用定量遥感、三维 GIS 分析、数理统计计算等方法，对盘州市、荔波县、花江石漠化综合治理示范区等典型喀斯特石漠化地区生态资产、多维贫困及其两者耦合关系进行研究。研究首先基于喀斯特生态系统野外样地生态监测工作，开展了喀斯特石漠化地区遥感图像分类算法优化与关键生态参数遥感反演研究，构建了典型喀斯特石漠化研究区的多源遥感监测数据平台；其次以生态资产的自然资源状况（存量）评估与生态系统服务价值（流量）核算为框架研究构建了契合喀斯特石漠化地区脆弱生态系统特征的生态资产评估体系， 从区域和农户视角构建村域多维贫困评估指标体系和农户多维贫困评估指标体系，开展了从行政单元到流域不同尺度的生态资产价值评估与多维贫困测度；最后定量分析不同时期喀斯特石漠化地区生态资产与区域贫困程度的耦合协调度，揭示喀斯特石漠化地区贫困对区域生态资产变化的耦合关联机制，并针对地区生态恢复与可持续发展路径等问题进行了探讨，为喀斯特石漠化地区生态恢复与区域可持续发展提供决策支持。
