研制能浓集抗肿瘤药物和放射性同位素的高分子蛋白微球,通过选择性肝动脉插管方法,将微球注入肝肿瘤区域,阻断肿瘤血供,在患 部长期滞留,缓慢释药和内照射,同时起到局部定向药物化疗放射治疗和物理栓塞多种抗肿瘤作用,以增强疗效,减轻毒副反应.
