创业经验、连续创业能力与创业绩效的关系研究

This project focuses on the efficient ways of transformation of serial entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial experience curve. We try to figure out how this transformation improves the serial entrepreneurial ability and affects the entrepreneurial performance. Centering on the construct "serial entrepreneurial ability" (the exploration of opportunity/resource management) ,we use two kinds of environmental conditions (stable/dynamic) as the regulator factors and then carry out the empirical study on four main issues. (1)Building on the behavioral learning theory and human capital theory, we start the study with the entrepreneurial experience of serial entrepreneurs and then use the entrepreneurial learning ability as the mediator/moderator, through which we found the mechanism that contributes to the development of serial entrepreneurial ability. (2)Based on the two-dimensional behavior of serial entrepreneurial ability, this research reveals the mediation mechanism between the entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial performance. In addition, the research further illustrates the mechanism between entrepreneurial performance and the ability to develop opportunities and manage resources under the two kinds of environmental conditions we mentioned above. (3)Referring the social cognitive theory, we use the cognitive model as the starting point, and explore the three-dimensional interaction among the serial entrepreneurial ability, environmental condition and cognitive mode which further explain the complicated rules derived from entrepreneurial performance. (4)Through longitude analysis, our study tracked the dynamic process-"entrepreneurial experience-serial entrepreneurial ability-entrepreneurial performance", revealing various influence approaches of different factors. Finally, our research proposes some advice about promoting entrepreneurial behavior on government policy and ententrepreneurial education.

项目紧扣"连续创业者的'创业经验曲线'如何有效转化提升连续创业能力，并影响创业绩效"这一主线，围绕连续创业能力（机会开发/资源管理）这一核心构念，以两种环境条件（稳态/动态）为调节点，开展实证研究：【1】借鉴行为学习理论和人力资本理论，以连续创业者的创业经验为切入点，以创业学习能力为中介/调节点，指出提升连续创业能力的机制；【2】借鉴连续创业能力的二维行为，揭示连续创业者的创业经验与创业绩效之间的中介机制，阐释机会开发能力和资源管理能力在两种环境条件下与创业绩效的关联机制；【3】借鉴社会认知理论，以创业认知模式为切入点，探索连续创业能力、环境条件与认知模式存在的三维交互作用，进一步解释创业绩效产生的复杂规律；【4】借助纵向分析手段，追踪连续创业者的"创业经验-连续创业能力-创业绩效"的动态过程，揭示各种因素的不同影响途径和方式。最后，在政府政策和创业教育方面提出促进连续创业行为的相关建议。

本项目围绕连续创业者的“创业经验曲线”如何转化提升连续创业能力，并影响创业绩效这一条主线展开研究。（1）借鉴人力资本理论，梳理创业经验的内涵类型和测量，并以连续创业者的创业经验为切入点，探讨了创业经验（包括创业知识）对新创企业所起到的不同作用，具体地：一方面，先前经验（包括先前知识）作为前因变量，对创业绩效的影响；另一方面，先前经验作为调节变量，在社会资本发生作用的过程中的调节作用。（2）围绕创业者先前经验、先前知识、连续创业能力（资源能力/机会能力）等，研究创业学习（探索学习/利用学习）的中介和调节作用，并提出提升连续创业能力的机制。（3）界定连续创业能力的二维行为（机会能力/资源能力）对于新创企业绩效的影响，两种能力的形成，以及其在创业经验与创业绩效的关系中的作用发挥。（4）借鉴社会认知理论，探索连续创业者创业经验、认知模式（因果推理/效果推理）、创业警觉、风险感知等相关认知要素，对创业企业绩效及商业模式创新的影响。（5）从政府的政策支持对创新活动、创业环境的营造、以及创业教育等方面的影响研究出发，提出了相关的政策建议。
