In recent years, molecular imprinted technology has been received increased attention. The technology is able to mimic the molecular recognition process in nature and realize the recognition to guest target molecular by synthesizing host moleculars. Now the thchnology has got much devolopment. However, the basic theory of imprited polymer is not complete, and the intelligent imprinted polymer is not reported. .In the project, a intelligent and temperature-controlling molecularly imprinted polymer with molecular recognition ability and temperature-sensitive ability was synthesized by copolymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide and mathacrylic acid, 4-amino pyridine. The selectivity and release of template were characterized. The themosensitive imprinted polymer has good selectivity and intelligent "switch", which can realize recognise and release by changing temperature.The intelligent molecularly imprinted material will be used in many fields, such as biochemistry and separation..
本项目以氢化可的松的还原产物为模板合成带有此模板的功能单体,通过与N-导丙基丙烯酰胺共聚,得到既具有分子识别能力,又能随温度变化具有识别与不识别能力的温控印证高分子。通过研究该印记高分子的组成、结构对其分子识别能力和温度响应性的影响规律,发展和完善印记高分子的基本理论,为其在生化、分离领域的应用提供基础实验数据。
