对外贸易对我国异质劳动力就业的影响效应分析

The analysis of the impact of trade on the employment of heterogeneity labor is of great significance to solve the problem of structural unemployment and achieve the high quality employment goal. Most of the existing researches analyze the impact of trade liberalization on total employment .This study analyzes the impact of trade on the employment of heterogeneity labor , which is a useful complement to the field. With the deepening of trade development, the final products and intermediate goods trade coexist and theoretically have different impact on heterogeneous labor force, so this study analyzes the impact of the final products and intermediate products trade on the employment of heterogeneity labor, and to in-depth product production level, analyzes the impact of relative factor prices and factor biased technological progress to reveal the mechanism. This study provides basic information and scientific analysis to make trade policies and employment policies of easing the employment pressure in China

分析贸易对异质劳动力就业的影响对解决当前"大学生就业难"与 "民工荒"并存的结构性失业问题，实现十八大提出的"高质量的就业"目标具有重要意义。关于贸易的就业效应，已有研究大多分析贸易开放对就业总量的影响，本研究分析贸易对异质劳动力就业的影响是对该领域的有益补充。同时随着贸易的深化发展，最终产品与中间产品贸易并存，且理论上两者对异质劳动力就业的影响方向不同，因此本研究将贸易细化，分析最终产品与中间产品贸易对异质劳动力就业的影响，并深入产品的生产层面，分析要素相对价格和要素偏向性技术进步对贸易开放下的异质劳动力就业的影响，深层次揭示不同产品贸易对异质劳动力就业影响的作用机理。为当前和今后制定缓解我国就业压力的贸易开放政策和就业政策提供了基本信息和科学分析依据。
