Regarded the V. vinifera L.. as CK, to develop the spectrum and liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric (HPLC--MS) methods for studying the biological activities of phenols in Chinese wide grape, the result shows that significance of difference exist in 3 kinds anthocyanidins and 8 kinds flavonoids between Chinese wide grape and V. vinifera L, and there are rich phenols with high biological activity at colouring stageⅡand physiological maturation stage of development grape; In addition, the ecological condition affects greatly the variety and content of phenols. Five gropes compounds extracted from 8 strains of 3 species present high activity in the resistance to oxidation of low--density lipoproteins(LDL), the inhibition of scavenging free radicals and the ability to chelate metal ions, and 3 groups of them have strong antibiotic against white rot of grape, grape anthracnose and grape powdery mildew. These results above and processing of isolation and purification for phenols with high biological activity play great theoretical and practical role in the medical value, antibiotic mechanism and comprehensive utilization of Chinese wide grape.
用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和质谱(MS)法分析鉴定中国野葡萄中酚类物质的种类、含量和生物活性,并运用先进的萃取、色谱和干燥技术分离提纯在人体心血管疾病和葡萄抗病性方面具较高生物活性的组分。该项目的实施和完成,不仅对揭示中国野葡萄资源的抗菌机理和药用价值研究有重要意义,而且还为其进一步开发利用开辟了一条新的途径。
