共享经济平台模式下道德风险控制机制研究

Based on the sharing economic platform such as Uber and Airbnb, with the analysis of different forms of moral hazard of both supply and demand, this project focuses on the mechanism research on moral hazard control of sharing economic platform. The key research questions are as follows. Based on the supply uncertainty, the dynamic pricing mechanism on the moral hazard control of sharing economic platform will be explored. Based on the evaluation mechanism, the moral hazard control of the supply and demand and the two-way are studied. Then the moral hazard control of sharing economic platform is designed by combining the dynamic pricing and evaluation mechanism. The objective of this project is to draw new theory and/or research methods from above questions. The obtained result will enrich the extant theory and research methods in the area of sharing economy platform, and also provide the platform providers in reality with value suggestions in making decisions. It has practical significance to improve the performance of the platform and promote the healthy development of the platform.

项目以滴滴出行、Airbnb等共享经济平台为研究背景，以分析平台上供需双方道德风险的不同表现形式为切入点，重点关注共享经济平台的道德风险控制机制。主要研究的科学问题为：基于供给不确定性研究共享经济平台动态定价机制下道德风险控制；基于评价机制研究共享经济平台对供给方、需求方和供需双边道德风险的控制；以此为基础研究动态定价和评价机制共同作用下的共享经济平台道德风险控制。项目研究会根据新的问题，提炼新的理论与方法，形成新的理论工具。本项目研究的相关成果将有助于丰富共享经济平台管理的理论方法；同时为共享经济平台决策者提供重要参考依据，对平台绩效改善及促进共享经济平台企业的健康发展具有一定的现实意义。

项目以滴滴出行、Airbnb等共享经济平台为研究背景，以平台上供需双方道德风险的不同表现形式和质量的不确定为切入点，重点关注共享经济平台的风险管理及定价策略。主要研究的科学问题有：基于需求方道德风险的不确定性以及供给方质量不确定性研究共享经济平台最低质量门槛要求下风险管理和定价策略；基于消费者选择行为以及供给侧负向交叉网络外部性研究共享经济平台定价机制以及负交叉网络外部性对共享经济平台的影响；基于共享经济平台产品质量的不确定性以及定价主体的多样性，研究产品质量差异如何影响共享经济平台定价策略的选择。项目研究根据新的问题，提炼新的理论与方法，形成新的理论工具。本项目研究的相关成果有助于丰富共享经济平台管理的理论方法；同时为共享经济平台决策者提供重要参考依据，对平台绩效改善及促进共享经济平台企业的健康发展具有一定的现实意义。
