战略性新兴产业创新生态系统的协同创新机制及其稳定性评价研究

Collaborative innovation of strategic emerging industries' innovation ecosystem can help improve the competitiveness of emerging industries, solve the problem of single Enterprise's insufficient independent innovation capability, and contribute to the implementation of the central government's strategic vision of developing vigorously strategic emerging industries for contention for the heights of the economy, science and technology. This project studies strategic emerging industries' features and structure from an ecological perspective. The collaborative innovation process of strategic emerging industries will be divided into three stages, including knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and the formation of knowledge advantage, and the internal mechanism of each stage will be analyzed. It will analyze the operating mechanism of strategic emerging industries' innovation ecosystem, including driving mechanism, partner selection mechanism, platform pricing and revenue allocation mechanism, risk identification and prevention mechanism, conflict coordination mechanism and so on. It will analyze the influencing factors of strategic emerging industries' innovation ecosystem, and construct stability evaluation index system and evaluation model. By analyzing the current situation and problems of innovation ecosystem of China's strategic emerging industries through case studies, proposing corresponding strategies, methods and approaches, this project is to improve the operating efficiency of innovation ecosystem's collaborative innovation in China's strategic emerging industry.

战略性新兴产业创新生态系统的协同创新有助于提高新兴产业的竞争能力，解决单个企业自主创新能力不足的问题，从而有助于实施中央提出的大力发展战略性新兴产业、争夺经济科技制高点的战略构想。本项目从生态学视角，研究战略性新兴产业系统的特征与结构；把战略性新兴产业协同创新的过程分为知识共享、知识创造和知识优势形成等三个阶段，分析知识共享、知识创造和知识优势形成的内在机理；研究战略性新兴产业创新生态系统协同创新的运行机制，包括驱动机制、合作伙伴选择机制、平台定价与收益分配机制、风险识别与防范机制、冲突协调机制等；分析战略性新兴产业创新生态系统协同创新的稳定性的影响因素，构建稳定性评价指标体系和评价模型。通过案例研究分析我国战略性新兴产业创新生态系统协同创新的现状和存在的问题，提出推进我国战略性新兴产业创新生态系统协同创新的策略、方法与途径，以期提高战略性新兴产业创新生态协同创新的运行效率。
