“三生”系统视角下渔村聚落空间解析与分类营建策略

In this study, the fishing village in the coastal area of the East China Sea is selected as the breakthrough point in the fishing village which occupies a special position in the rural settlement construction in China. In the face of the lack of suitable fishing village construction strategy classification problem, combing the fishing village based on its own characteristics, influence the settlement development of "production, life and ecology" of the three major elements of the system, using the method of multi discipline, explore the settlementbuilding groups order, spatial structure and characteristics, translated into three groups of spatial index is associated with "Three Sheng" system the formation, index set. Then, the database is built by the sampling and calculation, with the help of the method of multivariate statistical analysis, summarizes the typical village categories and index weight characteristics, export the strategies of human settlements space classified construction system for the area, provide technical support and demonstration for fishing village "Three Sheng " in a harmony developing way, at last for for all the fishing village to learn nationwidly.

本研究选择在我国乡村聚落建设占有特殊位置的渔村聚落为切入点，并以东海沿海地区渔村为代表。面对渔村缺乏适宜性分类营建策略等问题，梳理渔村聚落自身特点，基于影响聚落发展的“生产、生活、生态”三大系统要素，运用多学科方法，探究聚落建筑群体秩序、空间结构与特性，转译出与“三生”系统相关的三组空间指数，形成指数集合。进而，通过对东海沿岸渔村聚落的采样与计算建立数据库，在多元统计分析方法帮助下，归纳出典型渔村类别及其指标权重特征，分类导出聚落空间营建体系的应对策略，为地区渔村聚落的“三生共融”式发展与延续提供技术支持,并示范全国的渔村建设。

本项目针对海洋之于国家的战略性，海岛对海洋资源的重要影响，舟山群岛新区对中国海岛的代表性等因素。面向渔村聚落“三生”系统扭曲的脆弱平衡；渔村聚落空间营建的波动与分化；渔村缺乏适宜的分类营建目标等现状问题。通过对研究尺度的界定，基于“三生”系统的渔村聚落模型构建与空间指数量化转译，确立了“三生”空间的渔村分类营建目标确立，并生成目标导向下渔村聚落空间营建策略。建立一套基于“三生”系统的空间量化转译方法和渔村分类定策方法。. 关键科学意义上，明确了“三生”系统作用下渔村空间形态形成机制；形成了机制作用下渔村分类发展目标确立方法，并最终在目标导向下生成渔村适宜性营建策略。. 面对我国渔村量大面广，不断发展的现状，需要抓住东海地区为突破口，将渔村聚落空间与聚落“三生”系统有机联系，进而揭示渔村聚落空间营建机制并导出分类发展策略。
