Colloidal gold immunoloagical chromatography(CGIC) is a rapid test method bloomed just from lately years, which is being employed as a fast tool of detecting varied virus, pathogenic bacterias, louse in medical diagnosis, but few report about applying CGIC in pesticides residues analysis is found..In order to establish methods of immunoassay and to develop fast immunological test-kit of organophosphorrus pesticides at last, this project selected a few kinds of toxicer organophosphorus insecticides to study their artificial antigen synthesis, monoclonal antibody production, and method foundation of CGIC. Utilized by cell engineering technology two strains of monoclonal hybridoma cell against methamidophos and lots of monoclonal antibody against methamidophos were attained. We used purified antibody to established enzyme linked immunological sorbed assay(ELISA) for methamidophos, and the low limited decetion is 3ug/mL..Dimethoate doesn't contain active group on its molecular structure, a active group was conjugated to dimethoate when acetic anhydride and N-hydroxy succimide acted as arm linker, polymonoclonal serum had been gotten after immunizing rabbit with dimethoate artificial antigen. Colloidal gold had been produced using trisodium citrate disoxidation method, CGIC of methomidophos is studied. This project research is of importance for our national pesticides immunoassay, the result will be applicable in the future.

金标免疫法在农药检测中未见报道.选择甲胺鳞、乐果和久效磷三种农药为研究对象,探讨其免疫原合成、单克隆抗体制备、金溶胶制备与抗体标记等方面的影响因素与规律,以期建立一种特异性强、稳定安全、快速方便的检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留量新方法-----金标免疫阄龇ā1狙芯砍晒蕴岣吲┮┛焖偌觳馑接兄匾庖澹⒂泄憷挠τ们熬啊
