基于特征要素鉴别与保护的历史建筑室内环境风貌保护评价体系与方法研究

The features of interior environment has high value in historical buildings, it changed a lot during the process of long-term use due to the shift and replacement of ownership and function of the buildings regularly ,with adding illegal structures or dividing freely.So the preservation of historical interior environment becomes the most complicated and challenging field of the preservation projects of historical buildings. It lacks of common system and basic sense on value assessment, protective strategies and restoration techniques due to lacking of systemic research on this field. In response to this situation, according to the different regions of the climate, economic and cultural factors, taking character-defining element as main line,the project aims to reorganize and summarize the features of historical interiors in different regions and function based on historical research and case studies. The project further tries to establish the evaluation system and its criterion on national level for feature presevation of interior environment, providing reliable basis on standardization and systematization for protection projects as well as appraising for similar projects.

室内环境的历史风貌是历史建筑价值构成的重要组成部分，室内风貌在长期使用中因产权变更、功能更替或自然衰败等因素而变化较大，且违章搭建或随意分割现象严重，故室内环境风貌保护是历史建筑保护工程中最复杂最具挑战的领域。由于国内这方面的系统研究较为匮乏，导致室内风貌特征在价值判断、保护策略以及修复技术等方面缺乏共同体系和基本共识。针对这一状况，本项目以室内特征要素为主线，依据不同地区的气候、经济和文化特色，在大量历史考证和现状分析的基础上，梳理和总结不同地区和类型的室内环境风貌特征及其保护价值，并结合原真性评价和既有建筑生态改造的成功经验，探索建立国家层面的历史建筑室内环境风貌保护评价体系与标准，为历史建筑保护工程的规范化、系统化及同类项目的推优评比提供可靠依据。

本报告阐述了四年来的项目执行情况和研究成果。研究工作的基础是两个数据库的建档，一是对上海、天津、武汉、广州等四个殖民城市的近代历史保护建筑进行室内历史特征要素的数据库建立，每个城市绘制了大表，并对四个城市做了横向比较分析，同时利用实地调研、与设计单位访谈以及出版的文献资料等多渠道收集国内外保护利用的建成项目作为案例研究样本，建立了建成案例库，共收集国内外52个项目，其中国内47个，国外5个。两大数据库的逐步建立使研究对象更为明确，已完成了上海近代历史公寓的居住状态调研、近代建筑设备使用情况调研及历史建筑节能评价模式的初探，并且对国际公认的若干亚太遗产保护奖获奖作品如外滩18号等项目研究后试图找出影响历史室内环境评价质量的关键因素，以此建构出历史建筑室内环境风貌保护的评价体系和可行性评价模式。
