医院医疗质量实时控制研究

Medical quality has always been the first important problem that the.hospital needs to study and solve. It is directly related to patients’ immediate interests like their life and it directly influences the hospital reputation, which impacts the.existence and development of the hospital. With the health care going on and the entry of WTO coming true, it has put the hospital under new challenges and also unprecedented opportunities to the hospital simultaneously. Objective To explore.advanced and effective methods of medical quality control．Methods A perspective method, together with literature summary, process analysis, statistics and computer network techniques, were employed．Results A model of real-time control of.medical quality via element management, process management, and monitored.control management was set up；methods of real-time control of quality and expenses for disease entities in hospitals were defined；the effect of clinical paths on real-time control of the quality of hospitalization was ascertained；and ways of real-time control of the quality of medical records were determined．Conclusion Real-time control of medical quality is a new, effective way of monitoring medical quality

从提高医院医疗质量根本出发，运用现代管理的控制论和信息论的基本原理，把医院医疗质量管理与计算机技术相结合，建立医疗环节质量管理的模式，设计和开发医疗质量实时控制系统。对医疗过程实时信息进行采集、分析和预测，实施前馈和反馈控制，及时纠正偏差，使医疗过程始终置于有效的医疗质量管理之中。以达到提高医院医疗质量管理水平的目的。
