创新网络中企业惯例搜寻的形成与作用机理研究

Innovation network is a significant organizational form for cooperation and innovation under the open innovation background. Faced with the constantly changeable internal and external environment, both behavioral pattern and interactive consensus in innovation network would also shift. Routines search has captured a great deal of scholarly attention, being a determinant of understanding and adapting the external environment, and integrating into the innovation network. This project is dedicated to investigating the mechanism of routines search formation as well as its consequences on cooperative innovation performance, from the inner mechanism of innovation network operations. The study, at the outset, via clarifying connotations and characteristics in connection with routines search, explores and identifies the major factors influencing routines search formation at diverse levels so as to reveal its formation mechanism. Then, it extends the researching on routines search’s functions to an analysis of network level, and brings to light the functioning mechanism of routines search on cooperative innovation performance by virtue of taking relationship coordination and knowledge sharing as a path. Third, the study probes into the impacts of routines search on the evolution of innovation network, and practically has a penetrating insight into the coordination management mode of the innovation network. This project furnishes a novel perspective and a theoretical base for a further analysis of routines search and has significant implications for advancing the performance of technological innovation collaboration within China.

创新网络是开放性创新背景下企业合作创新的重要组织形式，伴随着网络内外部环境的不断变化，创新网络成员间合作的行为模式和交互共识也会发生改变。惯例搜寻是企业理解和适应外部环境以及融入创新网络的关键要素，其在创新网络中的重要作用日益引起关注。本项目从创新网络运行的内在机制入手，研究惯例搜寻及其在创新网络中的形成和作用机理。首先，在厘清创新网络中企业惯例搜寻内涵特征的基础上，从不同层面探索和识别影响惯例搜寻的主要因素，揭示惯例搜寻的形成机理；其次，深入分析惯例搜寻在创新网络中的作用功能，廓清关系协调、知识共享两条惯例搜寻对合作创新绩效的作用路径，揭示网络惯例在网络治理中的作用机理；最后，探索基于惯例搜寻的创新网络演化和协调管理方式，结合典型案例和应用验证，提出有针对性的对策建议。本项目可为创新网络的研究提供新的视角和分析工具，为我国企业合作创新绩效的提高提供指导。

创新网络是开放性创新背景下企业合作创新的重要组织形式，伴随着网络内外部环境的不断变化，创新网络成员间合作的行为模式和交互共识也会发生改变。惯例搜寻是企业理解和适应外部环境以及融入创新网络的关键要素，其在创新网络中的重要作用日益引起关注。本项目从创新网络运行的内在机制入手，研究惯例搜寻及其在创新网络中的形成和作用机理，使用的研究方法主要包括文献研究、案例研究、扎根理论研究、实证检验、系统动力学仿真等。主要研究结论包括：（1）现有惯例搜寻的研究还处于萌芽阶段，文献之间的关联性还比较强，大多数文献还是集中在部分核心文献周围，交叉引用状况较多，研究相对集中。（2）惯例搜寻是在网络成员间不断地交互合作过程中，依据内外部环境的变化对自身的创新行为模式和合作规范共识进行搜寻，具有演化性、路径创造性等特征，惯例包括行为模式和规范共识两个构成维度，并开发和检验了其测度量表。（3）应用扎根理论的研究方法，发现战略导向、创新氛围、变革型领导、组织间信任、关系异质性等8个因素是影响惯例搜寻的主要因素，并实证检验了影响因素对惯例搜寻形成的影响。（4）在识别惯例搜寻驱动合作创新绩效的作用路径的基础上，构建了惯例搜寻对合作创新绩效作用机理的理论模型，使用我国企业合作创新的实践数据进行实证分析检验，发现辅助型惯例搜寻对合作创新绩效具有显著的负向影响，互补型创新搜寻与合作创新绩效之间存在倒U型关系，知识共享和关系协调在惯例搜寻和合作创新绩效之间均充当着重要的中介变量，权力距离在惯例搜寻与合作创新绩效之间起到重要的调控作用。本项目可为创新网络的研究提供新的视角和分析工具，也为我国企业合作创新绩效的提高提供指导。
