Many real-world decision problems involve multiple group and different attribute sets, this kind of decision problem is a new topic of the field of decision sciences, which is needed to study urgently, and is frontier and exploratory. In the procedure of decision making, mutliple decision making groups provide decision making information of different attribute sets based on thier knowledge and preferences respectively. How to put forward the scientific and effective decision-making methods to deal with this poblem has great academic research significances and practical application values. The main research contents of the program include: define problem, classify types, describe formalization and build a theoretical framework of decision making with multiple groups and different attribute sets. Present selection methods of alternatives with multiples groups and different attribute sets under satisfying requirements of various evaluation indices. Present selection methods of alternatives considering numeric requirements, selection methods of alternatives considering classification requirements, infromation aggregation methods and ranking methods of alternatives with multiple groups and different attribute sets Present interactive methods and consensus methods of decision making with multiple groups and different attribute sets. And, carry out relevant application research. The research goals of the program are: refining and formating a scientific theoretical framework of decision analysis with multiple groups and different attribute sets with theoretical and realistic values, building original decision theory and methods system of decision making with multiple groups and different attribute sets, and obtaining sophisticated and valuable research results.
多方参与且属性集有差异的决策问题具有大量的现实背景,是决策科学领域迫切需要研究的新课题,具有前沿性和探索性。如何针对决策过程中多个参与方基于各自知识与偏好分别给出有差异属性集的决策信息,提出科学有效的决策方法,具有理论研究意义和实际应用价值。本项目的主要研究内容包括:多方参与且属性集有差异的决策问题界定、类型化分、形式化描述及其理论框架,多方参与且属性集有差异的满足各属性评价指标要求的方案筛选方法、考虑筛选方案数量要求的方案筛选方法、考虑方案分类要求的方案筛选方法,多方参与且属性集有差异的方案信息集结与排序方法,多方参与且属性集有差异的决策交互与共识方法,并开展多方参与且属性集有差异的应用研究。本项目的研究目的在于:提炼并形成科学的、有理论与实际价值的多方参与且属性集有差异的决策分析的理论框架,建立具有原创性的多方参与且属性集有差异的决策理论与方法体系,取得高水平的研究成果。
本项目研究多方参与且属性集有差异的决策理论与方法,主要研究了以下五个方面的内容:进行了多方参与且属性集有差异的决策分析的基本概念及理论框架研究;给出了多方参与且属性集有差异的方案筛选方法;给出了多方参与且属性集有差异的方案信息集结与排序方法;提出了多方参与且属性集有差异的决策交互与共识准则;给出了多方参与且属性集有差异的决策的应用研究。通过近四年的研究,取得了预期研究成果:发表学术论文15篇,其中,在国际学术期刊上发表论文7篇;培养硕士研究生6人,协助培养博士研究生2人。本项目研究工作的完成,进一步地充实和扩展了决策理论与方法。
