Overworked exhaustion of viscera function (OEVF) in human body is not only an objective fact, but also the prelude or warning alert to the occurrence of Karoshi. Solidly grasping the measurement information and indexes of OEVF plays the role of must known warning line for implementing rescue and treatment to patients with OEVF to the extent of occurring Karoshi. In real life, there are innumerable people, who have suffered from OEVF to the extent beyond cue, still immersed in their self-perceived health. However, the awareness of OEVF in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) field remains unclear. Therefore, it is urgent to establish corresponding quantitative analysis and measurement model for OEVF..This project will be conducted on the basis of TCM theory and modern medical theory, build the quantitative relationship model between various biological and diagnostic indicators and the index of OEVF through utilizing systematic quantization methods, and establish four-stage quantification standards, namely the mild, severe, extreme and dangerous stage for OEVF. And then, establish the prediction model between objective diagnostic characteristics of TCM and the extent of exhaustion, and develop effective traditional Chinese medicine preparations for preventing and treating various degrees of exhaustion, both of which can further enrich the understanding of OEVF in human body and can provide the proper prevention and treatment via TCM for exhaustion, finally contribute to preventing the occurrence and deterioration of OEVF. This project applies the theory of TCM diagnosis to the measurement and treatment of OEVF and establishes the corresponding quantitative analysis model for the first time. This project is of great academic research value and great social significance for promoting the development of modernization of TCM, and improving people's living and medical standards.
人体过劳性脏腑功能耗竭是一个客观存在的事实,更是过劳死发生的前奏或重要警示。掌握过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的度量信息和指数,是医生抢治过劳至将要发生过劳死病患的慎重必知的红线。当前中医学界对过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的认识仍处于模糊阶段,现实中过劳程度已达肓位但仍自认为健康的人不可胜数。因此,建立过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的量化分析与度量模型显得愈加必要和迫切。本项目拟以中医传统理论和现代医学理论为依据,运用系统量化的方法,建立各种生理、诊断指标与过劳性脏腑功能耗竭指数的量化关系模型,以及轻、重、极、危四级耗竭阶段的量化标准。进而,构建中医客观化诊断特征与耗竭程度的预测模型,研制预防与治疗各种程度耗竭的有效中药制剂,不仅丰富对人体过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的理解,更有助于中药防治、对症下药,为预防耗竭的发生和恶化做出贡献。本项目首次将中医诊断理论应用于过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的量化度量与治疗,具有重要的学术研究价值和社会意义。
人体过劳性脏腑功能耗竭是一个客观存在的事实,更是过劳死发生的前奏或重要警示。掌握过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的度量信息和指数,是医生抢治过劳至将要发生过劳死病患的慎重必知的红线。项目组成员在几十年临床对各种常见疾病手象观察基础上,组织多名专职医务人员,应用统一仪器方法对正常人,按新生儿、幼儿、学龄前儿童、少年、青年、成年、老年,分组法进行各级年龄组的手象采集。经过六年多时间,在同行大力协助下,获得各组百、千例真实样本。之后,进行系统比较分析,找出人类手象因年龄、经历因素等所应产生的正常表象,制定出人类正常手象标准。构建了中医客观化诊断特征与耗竭程度的预测模型,研制了预防与治疗各种程度耗竭的有效中药制剂,不仅丰富对人体过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的理解,更有助于中药防治、对症下药,揭示手象与临床疾病的关系与手象对疾病诊断的意义。本项目首次将中医诊断理论应用于过劳性脏腑功能耗竭的量化度量与治疗,具有重要的学术研究价值和社会意义。
